Forum for African Women Educationalist – South Sudan Chapter (FAWE-SS) is one of the 34 FAWE Chapters in Africa. The chapter was in November 2007 established by professional South Sudanese Women and men educationalists as an indigenous membership based organization.

The Executive Committee for the chapter is currently chaired by H.E. Rebecca Joshu Okwaci, Deputy Minster of General Education and Instruction. FAWE-SS has 13 Executive Committee members who are drawn from experienced South Sudanese women. The organization has representatives from all the ten (10) States of South Sudan.
