Lilian Bett is a Finance Officer at FAWE, she is a seasoned financial accounting professional who has consistently demonstrated a hands-on approach to managing financial operations, driving financial sustainability, and ensuring compliance with both donor requirements and financial regulations.

Lilian’s extensive experience in financial management is coupled with her strong focus on developing and implementing strategic financial plans that optimize resources and enhance organizational impact. She has played a pivotal role in establishing internal controls, policies, and procedures, fostering accountability and transparency throughout financial processes. Her in-depth knowledge of grant management systems has helped streamline grant budgeting, allocation, and reporting, thereby improving program efficiency and resource management.

Lilian holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from Kenya College of Accountancy University and has enhanced her skills through Project Management training at Strathmore University. She is a Certified Public Accountant of Kenya (CPA-K) and a Member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK).
