Chiira serves as the Resource Mobilization Officer for Africa at the Forum for African Women Educationalists (FAWE). With over a decade of experience spanning NGOs, corporate, and private sectors, Chiira specializes in Comprehensive Resource Development, Sustainable Resource Integration, and project development and implementation. In his role at FAWE, Chiira is dedicated to enhancing resource availability across African chapter countries to foster sustainability.

Before joining the FAWE regional secretariat, Chiira held notable roles as a Senior Associate at Price Waterhouse Coopers and leadership positions in grant and project management within the education and health sectors across West and East Africa. His expertise includes Program Development, Organizational Management, Partnership and Collaboration, and Capacity Building.

Chiira earned an MBA in Global Business and Sustainability from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan, along with a liberal arts degree in Leadership and Management from DePaul University in Illinois.
