Formation of the East African Community Gender Based Violence regional working group

The East African Community has accepted to form an East African Community Gender Based Violence regional working group with Girls Advocacy Alliance partners that is; FAWE, MEMPROW and EACSOF Kenya. The working group will comprise of the ministry of EAC Affairs, grassroots/ national level Civil Society Organizations (CSOs), international CSOs, National Youth Network and Ministry responsive for gender affairs.
