James is a young professional with over 6 years of experience in monitoring evaluation, research and learning. He is passionate about youth and women development.  James has been utilizing his skills to support design of programs and policies through an evidence-based approach in Kenya and across Africa.

He joins FAWE from Emerging Leaders Foundation Africa where he served as Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) lead. He has equally worked in other organizations such as Horn of Africa youth network and Salix data under similar capacity.

His role will include providing technical support in developing and strengthening the FAWE M&E system with close collaboration with the national chapters. He holds a bachelor’s degree in project planning and management from the University of Eldoret, executive certificate in M& E from University of Washington among others in the area of impact evaluation, designing M& E systems and grants proposals writing.
