Dr. Koly Fall holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy and Development and a PhD in Sociology of Organizations and Development. He has over ten years’ experience in qualitative and quantitative research and analysis, working in multidisciplinary and intercultural teams in the NGO sector. He joined FAWE from the Laboratoire de recherche sur les transformations économiques et sociales (LARTES-IFAN) as a Postdoc Fellow and Research Associate. Dr Koly FALL has also worked at the Social Change Factory (SCF) citizen leadership center and the Fédération des associations féminines du Sénégal (FAFS) as program manager for youth social movements and project assistant for the defense of women’s rights, respectively. His skills include project development, management and monitoring, program evaluation, situational diagnosis, impact studies and participatory methods, among others. His missions at FAWE include monitoring and evaluating program performance, managing and improving the M&E system, among others.
