Les discussions ont permis d\u2019identifier des lacunes critiques dans la documentation et les rapports relatifs au suivi et \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9valuation (S&amp;E), tout en clarifiant les mesures de suivi n\u00e9cessaires pour r\u00e9soudre les probl\u00e8mes en suspens. L\u2019\u00e9quipe a soulign\u00e9 l\u2019importance de renforcer les processus de collecte de donn\u00e9es, de documentation, de production de preuves et d\u2019\u00e9tablissement de rapports afin d\u2019am\u00e9liorer la responsabilit\u00e9 des projets et de d\u00e9montrer des r\u00e9sultats mesurables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">James Njuguna, responsable du suivi et de l'\u00e9valuation, a anim\u00e9 la session consacr\u00e9e au suivi et \u00e0 l'\u00e9valuation. Il a travaill\u00e9 avec l'\u00e9quipe du FAWE \u00e0 Zanzibar afin de lui permettre de mieux comprendre les attentes des bailleurs de fonds en mati\u00e8re de rapports. Cette session a permis de s'assurer que les syst\u00e8mes de suivi sont mieux \u00e0 m\u00eame de rendre compte des progr\u00e8s, des r\u00e9sultats et des enseignements tir\u00e9s tout au long de la mise en \u0153uvre du projet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En mati\u00e8re de gestion financi\u00e8re, John Meekisho, responsable des finances, a fourni des orientations d\u00e9taill\u00e9es sur les exigences de conformit\u00e9 des bailleurs de fonds. Il a insist\u00e9 sur la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de respecter strictement les budgets de projet approuv\u00e9s et les r\u00e9glementations des bailleurs de fonds, soulignant que toutes les d\u00e9penses doivent \u00eatre directement li\u00e9es aux objectifs du projet, \u00e9tay\u00e9es par des pi\u00e8ces justificatives appropri\u00e9es et conformes aux proc\u00e9dures de gestion financi\u00e8re \u00e9tablies. Cette session a \u00e9galement r\u00e9affirm\u00e9 l\u2019importance d\u2019un reporting financier dans les d\u00e9lais, de la responsabilit\u00e9 et d\u2019une utilisation prudente des ressources du projet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le responsable financier a par ailleurs coordonn\u00e9 un examen approfondi de l\u2019outil d\u2019\u00e9valuation des capacit\u00e9s de la section, aidant ainsi l\u2019\u00e9quipe du FAWE \u00e0 Zanzibar \u00e0 identifier les principales lacunes en mati\u00e8re de capacit\u00e9s institutionnelles n\u00e9cessitant un soutien suppl\u00e9mentaire. Les discussions ont port\u00e9 sur des domaines organisationnels essentiels, notamment les structures de gouvernance, les syst\u00e8mes de gestion financi\u00e8re, l\u2019harmonisation des politiques et des lignes directrices, les contr\u00f4les internes et les m\u00e9canismes de p\u00e9rennit\u00e9 organisationnelle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Par ailleurs, Annah Katuki, responsable principale des questions de genre, a apport\u00e9 des \u00e9clairages sur le renforcement des programmes tenant compte des questions de genre et sur la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de veiller \u00e0 ce que la mise en \u0153uvre des projets reste conforme \u00e0 l\u2019engagement du FAWE en faveur de l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 des sexes et d\u2019une \u00e9ducation inclusive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette initiative s'inscrit dans le cadre de l'engagement constant du Secr\u00e9tariat r\u00e9gional du FAWE \u00e0 soutenir les sections nationales dans la mise en place de syst\u00e8mes solides, le renforcement de la conformit\u00e9 aux exigences des bailleurs de fonds et l'am\u00e9lioration de la qualit\u00e9 des programmes. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une assistance technique et \u00e0 un accompagnement continus, le Secr\u00e9tariat r\u00e9gional vise \u00e0 renforcer les capacit\u00e9s institutionnelles qui contribuent \u00e0 une mise en \u0153uvre plus efficace et \u00e0 un impact durable du projet Echidna IV dans toute la r\u00e9gion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L'\u00e9quipe du FAWE \u00e0 Zanzibar a tenu \u00e0 remercier le Secr\u00e9tariat r\u00e9gional pour son soutien et ses conseils constants, et a r\u00e9affirm\u00e9 son engagement \u00e0 mettre en \u0153uvre les mesures convenues afin d'am\u00e9liorer les r\u00e9sultats du programme, la qualit\u00e9 des rapports et l'efficacit\u00e9 organisationnelle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La mission d'appui \u00e9tait dirig\u00e9e par John Meekisho, responsable des finances, aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s de James Njuguna, responsable du suivi et de l'\u00e9valuation, et d'Annah Katuki, charg\u00e9e de mission senior en mati\u00e8re d'\u00e9galit\u00e9 des sexes.
