La section kenyane du Forum des femmes africaines de l\u2019\u00e9ducation (Forum for African Women Educationalists) \u00e9tait fi\u00e8re de participer au Forum national d\u2019impact et de certification \u00ab Women Creating Wealth (WCW) 2026 \u00bb, organis\u00e9 par le Gra\u00e7a Machel Trust en partenariat avec la Fondation Mastercard. Cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement a marqu\u00e9 une \u00e9tape importante dans l\u2019effort collectif visant \u00e0 cr\u00e9er les conditions propices \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9panouissement des femmes et \u00e0 reconna\u00eetre les parcours remarquables des femmes entrepreneures \u00e0 travers le Kenya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ce forum a \u00e9t\u00e9 bien plus qu\u2019une simple c\u00e9r\u00e9monie de remise de certificats. Il a constitu\u00e9 un t\u00e9moignage \u00e9clatant de ce qu\u2019il est possible d\u2019accomplir lorsque les femmes ont acc\u00e8s aux outils, aux ressources et aux r\u00e9seaux dont elles ont besoin pour r\u00e9ussir. Gr\u00e2ce au d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences entrepreneuriales, \u00e0 l\u2019acc\u00e8s au financement et aux march\u00e9s, au mentorat et \u00e0 l\u2019accompagnement, le programme WCW a soutenu 500 entrepreneuses en activit\u00e9, certifi\u00e9 400 femmes et contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation de plus de 5 150 emplois, dont pr\u00e8s de 70% destin\u00e9s aux jeunes. Ces chiffres ne sont pas de simples statistiques, mais repr\u00e9sentent des vies transform\u00e9es, des familles renforc\u00e9es et des communaut\u00e9s enrichies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ce fut une source d\u2019inspiration d\u2019entendre directement des femmes entrepreneures qui avaient transform\u00e9 et d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 leur entreprise gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019acc\u00e8s aux connaissances, au mentorat, aux r\u00e9seaux et au soutien. Leurs parcours \u00e9taient vari\u00e9s, mais ils pr\u00e9sentaient des points communs : une d\u00e9termination face \u00e0 l\u2019adversit\u00e9, une volont\u00e9 d\u2019apprendre et de s\u2019adapter, ainsi qu\u2019un engagement profond \u00e0 construire un avenir meilleur pour elles-m\u00eames et pour leur entourage. Elles ont \u00e9voqu\u00e9 les d\u00e9fis qu\u2019elles avaient surmont\u00e9s, les le\u00e7ons qu\u2019elles avaient tir\u00e9es et les succ\u00e8s qu\u2019elles avaient remport\u00e9s. Elles ont \u00e9galement soulign\u00e9 l\u2019importance de programmes tels que WCW, qui leur apportent le soutien et les encouragements dont elles ont besoin pour pers\u00e9v\u00e9rer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement a \u00e9galement mis en lumi\u00e8re le r\u00f4le essentiel que jouent l\u2019acc\u00e8s au financement et aux march\u00e9s pour permettre aux femmes entrepreneures de d\u00e9velopper leurs entreprises et de se forger des moyens de subsistance durables. Il a soulign\u00e9 l\u2019importance du mentorat et de l\u2019accompagnement pour renforcer la confiance en soi, d\u00e9velopper les comp\u00e9tences et s\u2019y retrouver dans le paysage complexe de l\u2019entrepreneuriat. Il a enfin d\u00e9montr\u00e9 le pouvoir des r\u00e9seaux pour ouvrir des portes, cr\u00e9er des opportunit\u00e9s et favoriser la collaboration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En tant qu\u2019organisation engag\u00e9e dans la promotion de l\u2019\u00e9ducation et des opportunit\u00e9s pour les femmes et les filles, FAWE Kenya a \u00e9t\u00e9 ravie de participer \u00e0 cette importante c\u00e9l\u00e9bration. Cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement s'inscrivait parfaitement dans la mission du FAWE, qui consiste \u00e0 donner aux femmes et aux filles les moyens de devenir des actrices du changement au sein de leurs communaut\u00e9s et de contribuer pleinement au d\u00e9veloppement de leurs pays. En soutenant des initiatives favorisant l'autonomisation \u00e9conomique des femmes, le FAWE Kenya a contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 une vision plus large de l'\u00e9galit\u00e9 des genres et du d\u00e9veloppement durable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La remise des certificats aux femmes entrepreneures a \u00e9t\u00e9 un moment de fiert\u00e9 et de reconnaissance. Elle a permis de saluer le travail acharn\u00e9, le d\u00e9vouement et la pers\u00e9v\u00e9rance dont chacune d\u2019entre elles a fait preuve. Elle a \u00e9galement marqu\u00e9 un nouveau d\u00e9part, car ces entrepreneures certifi\u00e9es allaient d\u00e9sormais d\u00e9velopper leurs entreprises, cr\u00e9er davantage d\u2019emplois et servir de mod\u00e8les pour d\u2019autres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">FAWE Kenya a adress\u00e9 ses f\u00e9licitations \u00e0 toutes les femmes entrepreneures certifi\u00e9es lors du forum. Leurs r\u00e9alisations ont \u00e9t\u00e9 une source d\u2019inspiration et ont rappel\u00e9 que lorsque les femmes se voient offrir la possibilit\u00e9 de s\u2019\u00e9panouir, elles sont capables d\u2019accomplir des choses remarquables.
