L\u2019\u00e9quipe a officiellement lanc\u00e9 la phase II de la formation d\u2019int\u00e9gration du personnel dans le cadre du programme FAWE\u2013Fondation Mastercard, franchissant ainsi une \u00e9tape importante dans la mission de l\u2019organisation visant \u00e0 \u00e9largir l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9ducation et au d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences pour les jeunes femmes et hommes marginalis\u00e9s. Cette semaine d\u2019int\u00e9gration a repr\u00e9sent\u00e9 bien plus qu\u2019une simple \u00e9tape proc\u00e9durale ; elle a constitu\u00e9 une affirmation forte de l\u2019engagement de FAWE \u00e0 renforcer les capacit\u00e9s, \u00e0 consolider les syst\u00e8mes et \u00e0 g\u00e9n\u00e9rer un impact \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le FAWE a accueilli Emily Gumba, charg\u00e9e de programme senior ; Grace Wambua, responsable senior des ressources humaines ; et Martin Okhako, charg\u00e9 de programme, sur le terrain afin d\u2019accompagner leurs coll\u00e8gues tanzaniens dans la mise en \u0153uvre de la feuille de route pour cette nouvelle \u00e9tape. Leur pr\u00e9sence a marqu\u00e9 un engagement renouvel\u00e9 en faveur du capital humain et la prise de conscience que le succ\u00e8s de la phase II d\u00e9pendait de l\u2019expertise, du d\u00e9vouement et de la collaboration d\u2019une \u00e9quipe renforc\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette session d'int\u00e9gration a offert aux nouveaux membres de l'\u00e9quipe une occasion inestimable de se familiariser avec les objectifs du programme, de comprendre le contexte op\u00e9rationnel et de commencer \u00e0 tisser les liens qui seront la cl\u00e9 d'une mise en \u0153uvre r\u00e9ussie. Ce fut un moment d'int\u00e9gration et d'harmonisation, au cours duquel les nouveaux collaborateurs et les membres du personnel en place se sont rassembl\u00e9s autour d'une vision commune.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La s\u00e9ance a \u00e9t\u00e9 enti\u00e8rement consacr\u00e9e \u00e0 la planification strat\u00e9gique. Parmi les principales priorit\u00e9s figuraient :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Finaliser les plans de travail et les budgets afin de s'assurer que les ressources correspondent aux objectifs du programme et permettent d'obtenir un impact maximal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fixer des d\u00e9lais pr\u00e9cis pour le recrutement des 10 collaborateurs restants, en reconnaissant qu\u2019une \u00e9quipe au complet et comp\u00e9tente \u00e9tait indispensable pour atteindre les objectifs ambitieux du programme.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Renforcer les capacit\u00e9s de l'\u00e9quipe et revoir les processus de diligence raisonnable afin de garantir la solidit\u00e9, la transparence et la responsabilit\u00e9 des op\u00e9rations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pr\u00e9paration de la prochaine campagne de recrutement d'\u00e9tudiants pour l'enseignement et la formation techniques et professionnels (EFTP), qui ouvrira des perspectives aux jeunes \u00e0 la recherche de comp\u00e9tences pratiques et de parcours menant \u00e0 l'emploi.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Chacune de ces priorit\u00e9s constituait un \u00e9l\u00e9ment essentiel au succ\u00e8s du programme. Ensemble, elles formaient un cadre global de mise en \u0153uvre alliant ambition et rigueur, vision et pragmatisme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La phase II de l'int\u00e9gration du personnel s'est appuy\u00e9e sur les bases pos\u00e9es lors de la phase I du partenariat entre le FAWE et la Fondation Mastercard. Elle a tenu compte des enseignements tir\u00e9s, des relations nou\u00e9es et de l'impact obtenu, tout en d\u00e9finissant une orientation claire pour l'avenir. Cette formation d\u2019int\u00e9gration ne visait pas simplement \u00e0 accueillir de nouveaux collaborateurs ; il s\u2019agissait de renouveler un engagement collectif envers les jeunes dont le programme cherchait \u00e0 transformer la vie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c0 l'issue de cette session d'int\u00e9gration, l'\u00e9quipe de FAWE Tanzanie s'est montr\u00e9e pleine d'\u00e9nergie, soud\u00e9e et pr\u00eate \u00e0 aborder le prochain chapitre. Le chemin \u00e0 parcourir \u00e9tait ambitieux, mais les bases \u00e9taient solides.
