FAWE Africa a engag\u00e9 un dialogue strat\u00e9gique avec la Banque africaine de d\u00e9veloppement (BAD) afin d\u2019explorer les possibilit\u00e9s de collaboration dans divers domaines essentiels, notamment l\u2019\u00e9ducation transformatrice en mati\u00e8re de genre, les STIM, l\u2019enseignement et la formation techniques et professionnels (EFTP), l\u2019inclusion des personnes en situation de handicap et la transition de l\u2019\u00e9cole au monde du travail. Cette rencontre a \u00e9t\u00e9 le th\u00e9\u00e2tre d\u2019une forte convergence de visions et d\u2019objectifs, alors que ces deux institutions influentes cherchaient \u00e0 aligner leurs efforts pour cr\u00e9er des opportunit\u00e9s durables pour les filles et les femmes africaines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La discussion a permis d\u2019identifier des opportunit\u00e9s pour renforcer l\u2019enseignement et la formation professionnels (EFP) tenant compte des questions de genre, \u00e9largir les parcours menant aux stages et \u00e0 l\u2019emploi, \u00e9tablir des partenariats avec le secteur priv\u00e9, promouvoir des politiques fond\u00e9es sur des donn\u00e9es factuelles et soutenir l\u2019acc\u00e8s des femmes \u00e0 des professions traditionnellement domin\u00e9es par les hommes. Chacun de ces domaines constituait un levier essentiel de changement et, ensemble, ils formaient une approche globale visant \u00e0 s\u2019attaquer aux obstacles syst\u00e9miques qui continuaient de limiter le potentiel des femmes et des filles \u00e0 travers le continent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ce dialogue a mis en \u00e9vidence une vision commune selon laquelle investir dans l\u2019\u00e9ducation des filles n\u2019\u00e9tait pas seulement une question d\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9, mais un imp\u00e9ratif strat\u00e9gique pour le d\u00e9veloppement de l\u2019Afrique. En dotant les jeunes femmes des comp\u00e9tences, des connaissances et des opportunit\u00e9s dont elles ont besoin pour r\u00e9ussir sur le march\u00e9 du travail, les deux institutions ont reconnu qu\u2019elles pouvaient ainsi susciter une vague d\u2019innovation, de productivit\u00e9 et de leadership qui profiterait \u00e0 des communaut\u00e9s et \u00e0 des nations enti\u00e8res.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La prochaine \u00e9tape \u00e9tait claire : identifier les pays et les institutions prioritaires et mettre au point une initiative concr\u00e8te et \u00e9volutive susceptible d\u2019avoir un impact durable dans toute l\u2019Afrique. Cet engagement en faveur d\u2019une collaboration ax\u00e9e sur l\u2019action refl\u00e9tait le s\u00e9rieux avec lequel les deux institutions abordaient ce d\u00e9fi. Il ne suffisait pas de discuter des possibilit\u00e9s ; l\u2019objectif \u00e9tait de construire quelque chose de tangible qui transformerait des vies et des communaut\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La collaboration entre le FAWE Afrique et la BAD a constitu\u00e9 un exemple \u00e9loquent de ce qu\u2019il est possible de r\u00e9aliser lorsque des institutions s\u2019unissent autour d\u2019un objectif commun. Elle a d\u00e9montr\u00e9 que les d\u00e9fis complexes auxquels sont confront\u00e9s les syst\u00e8mes \u00e9ducatifs et de d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences en Afrique n\u00e9cessitaient des approches collaboratives et multisectorielles, mobilisant l\u2019expertise, les ressources et les r\u00e9seaux de divers partenaires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ensemble, FAWE Africa et la Banque africaine de d\u00e9veloppement pourraient offrir davantage d\u2019opportunit\u00e9s aux filles et aux femmes africaines pour qu\u2019elles puissent apprendre, s\u2019\u00e9panouir, occuper des postes \u00e0 responsabilit\u00e9 et prosp\u00e9rer. Telle \u00e9tait la vision commune qui a guid\u00e9 la discussion et qui continuera \u00e0 orienter ce partenariat dans les mois et les ann\u00e9es \u00e0 venir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette initiative a rappel\u00e9 que la promotion de l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 entre les sexes et de l\u2019autonomisation des femmes n\u2019\u00e9tait pas une entreprise solitaire. Elle exigeait une collaboration soutenue, une volont\u00e9 d\u2019apprendre les uns des autres et un engagement in\u00e9branlable \u00e0 placer les besoins et les aspirations des femmes et des filles au c\u0153ur de chaque d\u00e9cision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Au fur et \u00e0 mesure que FAWE Africa et la BAD faisaient avancer leurs discussions, la perspective d\u2019un partenariat porteur de changement se dessinait clairement.
