C\u2019est l\u00e0 que FAWE Africa, repr\u00e9sent\u00e9e par sa tr\u00e8s estim\u00e9e pr\u00e9sidente, l\u2019honorable A\u00efcha Bah Diallo, a fi\u00e8rement pris place aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s des dirigeants mondiaux. L\u2019organisation a eu l\u2019honneur de participer \u00e0 une table ronde d\u00e9cisive intitul\u00e9e \u201c Leadership, r\u00e9silience et responsabilit\u00e9 des femmes dans un monde en mutation \u201d lors de la r\u00e9union annuelle du Forum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Chaque ann\u00e9e, le Forum r\u00e9unissait une pl\u00e9iade de personnalit\u00e9s et de d\u00e9cideurs de haut niveau venus des quatre coins du monde. Il offrait une tribune essentielle o\u00f9 ils se retrouvaient pour \u00e9changer leurs points de vue et s\u2019attaquer aux d\u00e9fis les plus urgents auxquels nos soci\u00e9t\u00e9s sont confront\u00e9es. L\u2019\u00e9dition de cette ann\u00e9e n\u2019a pas fait exception, mais les discussions rev\u00eataient un caract\u00e8re d\u2019urgence particulier. Elles ont rappel\u00e9 avec force et \u00e0 point nomm\u00e9 que, dans un monde caract\u00e9ris\u00e9 par des changements rapides et souvent tumultueux, le leadership des femmes n\u2019\u00e9tait pas seulement un objectif souhaitable, mais une n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 absolue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les femmes ont continu\u00e9 \u00e0 faire preuve d\u2019une r\u00e9silience remarquable, d\u2019un sens profond des responsabilit\u00e9s et d\u2019une capacit\u00e9 inn\u00e9e \u00e0 diriger \u2014 non seulement en p\u00e9riode de stabilit\u00e9, mais surtout dans les moments d\u2019incertitude et de transformation. Leurs voix ont apport\u00e9 des perspectives uniques et des solutions durables, enrichissant ainsi chaque dialogue et chaque d\u00e9cision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Chez FAWE Africa, ce principe \u00e9tait au c\u0153ur m\u00eame de sa mission. L'organisation est rest\u00e9e fid\u00e8le \u00e0 son engagement de cr\u00e9er des opportunit\u00e9s permettant aux femmes et aux jeunes filles de participer pleinement aux processus d\u00e9cisionnels. Elle a \u0153uvr\u00e9 sans rel\u00e2che pour leur permettre d'apporter leur exp\u00e9rience, leur vision et leur leadership \u00e0 la noble t\u00e2che de construire des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s plus pacifiques, plus inclusives et plus r\u00e9silientes sur l'ensemble du continent africain et au-del\u00e0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019honorable A\u00efcha Bah Diallo s\u2019est r\u00e9jouie de partager ce moment important avec ses homologues et les autres participantes.
