{"id":74229,"date":"2026-09-02T18:19:14","date_gmt":"2026-09-02T15:19:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fawe.org\/?p=74229"},"modified":"2026-09-02T18:19:14","modified_gmt":"2026-09-02T15:19:14","slug":"7-regions-one-ambition-giving-the-most-vulnerable-a-second-chance","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fawe.org\/fr\/7-regions-one-ambition-giving-the-most-vulnerable-a-second-chance\/","title":{"rendered":"7 r\u00e9gions, une seule ambition : offrir une seconde chance aux plus vuln\u00e9rables !"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">DAKAR, S\u00e9n\u00e9gal \u2013 Du 28 au 30 ao\u00fbt, FAWE S\u00e9n\u00e9gal, en collaboration avec la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration s\u00e9n\u00e9galaise des associations de personnes handicap\u00e9es (FSAPH), s\u2019est lanc\u00e9e dans une mission ambitieuse \u00e0 travers sept r\u00e9gions du pays. Les \u00e9quipes se sont rendues \u00e0 K\u00e9dougou, S\u00e9dhiou, Tambacounda, Kolda, Ziguinchor, Matam et Louga, o\u00f9 elles ont rencontr\u00e9 des jeunes en situation de handicap \u00e0 l\u2019occasion de sept rencontres communautaires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ces rencontres, qui se sont d\u00e9roul\u00e9es sur trois journ\u00e9es intensives, ont marqu\u00e9 une avanc\u00e9e significative dans l\u2019engagement collectif en faveur de l\u2019\u00e9ducation inclusive. Elles ont constitu\u00e9 une plateforme essentielle pour diffuser des informations sur les bourses FAWE\/Fondation Mastercard pour l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2026-2027, \u00e9changer des points de vue sur l\u2019\u00e9ducation inclusive et encourager les jeunes \u00e0 saisir cette opportunit\u00e9 qui changera leur vie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ces \u00e9changes communautaires ont \u00e9t\u00e9 bien plus que de simples s\u00e9ances d\u2019information : ce furent des moments de rencontre, d\u2019inspiration et d\u2019autonomisation. Pour de nombreux jeunes participants, c'\u00e9tait la premi\u00e8re fois qu'ils recevaient des informations d\u00e9taill\u00e9es sur des parcours \u00e9ducatifs adapt\u00e9s \u00e0 leurs besoins. Le programme de bourses FAWE\/Mastercard Foundation, qui offrait des bourses d'\u00e9tudes enti\u00e8rement financ\u00e9es \u00e0 des jeunes issus de milieux d\u00e9favoris\u00e9s, leur a ouvert la voie vers l'enseignement sup\u00e9rieur, qui leur aurait autrement \u00e9t\u00e9 inaccessible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tout au long des s\u00e9ances, les repr\u00e9sentants du FAWE S\u00e9n\u00e9gal et de la FSAPH ont fourni des informations sur la proc\u00e9dure de candidature, les crit\u00e8res d\u2019\u00e9ligibilit\u00e9 et l\u2019accompagnement complet propos\u00e9 aux candidats retenus. Ils ont \u00e9galement r\u00e9pondu aux questions et aux pr\u00e9occupations des participants, veillant \u00e0 ce que chaque jeune reparte avec une id\u00e9e claire de la marche \u00e0 suivre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La collaboration entre le FAWE S\u00e9n\u00e9gal et la FSAPH refl\u00e9tait un engagement profond et partag\u00e9 en faveur de l\u2019\u00e9ducation inclusive. Pour les deux organisations, le message \u00e9tait clair : l\u2019inclusion consistait \u00e0 donner \u00e0 chaque talent la possibilit\u00e9 de r\u00e9ussir, ind\u00e9pendamment du handicap ou de l\u2019origine. Ces discussions communautaires visaient non seulement \u00e0 informer, mais aussi \u00e0 remettre en question les st\u00e9r\u00e9otypes et les id\u00e9es re\u00e7ues qui emp\u00eachaient souvent les jeunes en situation de handicap de r\u00e9aliser leurs aspirations scolaires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les discussions ont port\u00e9 sur l'importance des environnements d'apprentissage inclusifs, le r\u00f4le des enseignants et des communaut\u00e9s dans l'accompagnement des \u00e9l\u00e8ves en situation de handicap, ainsi que l'impact transformateur que l'\u00e9ducation peut avoir sur les individus et les communaut\u00e9s. Les participants ont partag\u00e9 leurs propres exp\u00e9riences et aspirations, cr\u00e9ant ainsi un fort sentiment de solidarit\u00e9 et d'encouragement mutuel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ce message d\u2019espoir et d\u2019opportunit\u00e9s a trouv\u00e9 un \u00e9cho profond au sein des communaut\u00e9s visit\u00e9es. Dans les sept r\u00e9gions, les jeunes en situation de handicap ont exprim\u00e9 leur d\u00e9termination \u00e0 saisir cette chance et \u00e0 transformer leur vie gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9ducation. L\u2019enthousiasme et l\u2019engagement dont ont fait preuve les participants t\u00e9moignent de l\u2019importance d\u2019aller \u00e0 la rencontre directe des communaut\u00e9s et de leur apporter les informations et les encouragements dont elles ont besoin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c0 l'issue des sessions, les \u00e9quipes du FAWE S\u00e9n\u00e9gal et de la FSAPH ont fait part de leur optimisme quant \u00e0 l'avenir. Le message avait \u00e9t\u00e9 bien compris, et elles esp\u00e9raient voir de nombreux jeunes en situation de handicap mettre ces informations en pratique \u2014 et, peut-\u00eatre, en tirer une belle opportunit\u00e9 pour leur avenir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ces \u00e9changes communautaires ont marqu\u00e9 une \u00e9tape importante dans les efforts visant \u00e0 \u00e9largir l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9ducation pour les jeunes en situation de handicap au S\u00e9n\u00e9gal. Le programme de bourses FAWE\/Fondation Mastercard, qui s\u2019inscrit dans le cadre plus large du projet \u00ab Second Chance Pathways \u00bb, a continu\u00e9 \u00e0 d\u00e9montrer son engagement \u00e0 atteindre les plus marginalis\u00e9s et \u00e0 veiller \u00e0 ce qu\u2019aucun talent ne soit laiss\u00e9 pour compte. En se rendant directement au sein des communaut\u00e9s, le FAWE S\u00e9n\u00e9gal et la FSAPH ont franchi une \u00e9tape cruciale pour faire de l\u2019inclusion une r\u00e9alit\u00e9.
