Ces postes sont essentiels pour mettre en place les capacit\u00e9s en ressources humaines n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 la mise en \u0153uvre efficace et durable du programme de la phase II.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L'\u00e9quipe du Secr\u00e9tariat r\u00e9gional \u2014 compos\u00e9e de Beatrice Muiyuro, responsable financi\u00e8re senior ; Grace Wambua, responsable des ressources humaines senior ; et Emily Gumba, responsable des programmes senior \u2014 a apport\u00e9 un soutien technique dans les domaines des finances, des ressources humaines et de la mise en \u0153uvre des programmes. L'\u00e9quipe a \u00e9galement \u00e9valu\u00e9 l'\u00e9tat de pr\u00e9paration de la section locale en vue du recrutement d'\u00e9tudiants, examin\u00e9 les syst\u00e8mes et la documentation institutionnels, et collabor\u00e9 avec la section locale pour renforcer son plan d'action et sa capacit\u00e9 globale de mise en \u0153uvre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019un des moments forts a \u00e9t\u00e9 une visite de courtoisie strat\u00e9gique au bureau de la deuxi\u00e8me dame de la R\u00e9publique du Lib\u00e9ria. Cette rencontre a soulign\u00e9 l\u2019importance de l\u2019ancrage institutionnel, de l\u2019appropriation nationale et de l\u2019alignement sur les priorit\u00e9s nationales pour faire progresser l\u2019\u00e9ducation des filles, le d\u00e9veloppement de leurs comp\u00e9tences et l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e9quitable \u00e0 l\u2019apprentissage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette mission est \u00e9galement l'occasion de renforcer les capacit\u00e9s sur le terrain. Un accompagnement financier a \u00e9t\u00e9 propos\u00e9 au comptable charg\u00e9 des programmes afin d'am\u00e9liorer la gestion financi\u00e8re et la bonne gestion des ressources allou\u00e9es aux programmes. Par ailleurs, le personnel charg\u00e9 des programmes et les agents de terrain ont b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 d'une formation sur la sensibilisation et l'implication des communaut\u00e9s, afin de s'assurer que les jeunes en situation de pr\u00e9carit\u00e9 et les jeunes marginalis\u00e9s d\u00e9posent leur candidature \u00e0 la bourse.<br><br>Au-del\u00e0 du recrutement et du soutien technique, la mission de la troisi\u00e8me semaine sera ax\u00e9e sur les \u00e9changes d\u2019exp\u00e9riences avec FAWE Ouganda, le renforcement institutionnel, la pr\u00e9paration des programmes, la responsabilisation, la protection des personnes et l\u2019inclusion, parall\u00e8lement \u00e0 la formation et \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9gration des nouveaux collaborateurs.
