Cette session, organis\u00e9e conform\u00e9ment aux statuts de l\u2019organisation, a offert un espace de dialogue, de participation et de prise de d\u00e9cision visant \u00e0 renforcer la structure organisationnelle de FAWEMO et \u00e0 r\u00e9affirmer son engagement en faveur de la transparence et de la bonne gouvernance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L'Assembl\u00e9e a examin\u00e9 deux points principaux \u00e0 l'ordre du jour : l'analyse des demandes de radiation de certains membres et la d\u00e9mission du pr\u00e9sident du conseil d'administration, suivies de la restructuration des organes sociaux. Ces d\u00e9lib\u00e9rations ont refl\u00e9t\u00e9 l'engagement de l'organisation \u00e0 maintenir des structures de gouvernance solides, capables de soutenir efficacement sa mission de promotion de l'\u00e9ducation et de l'autonomisation des filles et des femmes au Mozambique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c0 l'issue des d\u00e9lib\u00e9rations, l'Assembl\u00e9e a approuv\u00e9 la restructuration partielle des organes sociaux du FAWE Mozambique. Le Conseil d'administration nouvellement constitu\u00e9 est d\u00e9sormais pr\u00e9sid\u00e9 par Conceita Sortane, avec Cec\u00edlia Xavier comme vice-pr\u00e9sidente, Darcelene Macamo comme secr\u00e9taire et Nelsa Lopes comme tr\u00e9sori\u00e8re. Le Conseil d'administration comprend \u00e9galement Anadorse Chitlango en tant que 1er membre, M\u00e1rcia Cossa en tant que 2e membre et Amina Issa en tant que 3e membre. Un nouveau Conseil fiscal a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 mis en place, dirig\u00e9 par S\u00f3nia Louren\u00e7o Manuel en tant que pr\u00e9sidente, avec Ester Enoque comme vice-pr\u00e9sidente et Rosa Salom\u00e3o comme secr\u00e9taire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette restructuration marque un nouveau chapitre pour FAWE Mozambique, permettant \u00e0 l\u2019organisation de se positionner pour renforcer son leadership et assurer une croissance strat\u00e9gique. La nouvelle \u00e9quipe de direction h\u00e9rite d\u2019un h\u00e9ritage de mobilisation en faveur de l\u2019\u00e9ducation des filles et de l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 des genres, et devrait s\u2019appuyer sur les r\u00e9alisations de FAWEMO tout en explorant de nouvelles opportunit\u00e9s pour accro\u00eetre son impact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le FAWE Mozambique a exprim\u00e9 sa gratitude envers tous les membres pour leur participation, leur esprit de dialogue et leur engagement tout au long du processus.
