Cette \u00e9tape importante marque le passage officiel de la phase de pr\u00e9paration op\u00e9rationnelle \u00e0 celle de mise en \u0153uvre compl\u00e8te, alors que le consortium de partenaires \u2014 comprenant ONU Femmes, le minist\u00e8re des Affaires de genre et de l\u2019Enfance, les conseils locaux et FAWE Sierra Leone \u2014 se pr\u00e9pare \u00e0 g\u00e9n\u00e9rer un impact durable dans cinq districts c\u00f4tiers : Kambia, Western Area Rural, Moyamba, Bonthe et Port Loko.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ce projet vise \u00e0 renforcer les capacit\u00e9s institutionnelles, \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer la prestation de services inclusifs et \u00e0 dynamiser les actions de plaidoyer men\u00e9es sur le terrain en faveur des femmes et des groupes marginalis\u00e9s. Il s'appuie sur un processus de mobilisation des parties prenantes men\u00e9 lors de la phase de lancement, au cours de laquelle les responsables des conseils de district, les chefs supr\u00eames, les repr\u00e9sentants des minist\u00e8res, les organisations de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile, les associations de femmes, les repr\u00e9sentants de la jeunesse et les personnes en situation de handicap se sont r\u00e9unis pour approfondir leur compr\u00e9hension des objectifs du projet et renforcer l'appropriation locale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tout au long du processus de lancement, le r\u00e9seau de membres de FAWE Sierra Leone dans les districts cibles a fait preuve d\u2019une comp\u00e9tence, d\u2019un professionnalisme et d\u2019une volont\u00e9 exceptionnels pour mener \u00e0 bien la mise en \u0153uvre en toute confiance. Leur exp\u00e9rience et leur engagement confirment que l\u2019\u00e9quipe est bien plac\u00e9e pour apporter un changement durable. Les r\u00e9unions de lancement ont permis aux partenaires d\u2019harmoniser leurs plans autour d\u2019une vision strat\u00e9gique commune, refl\u00e9tant ainsi le professionnalisme et le d\u00e9vouement n\u00e9cessaires pour mener \u00e0 bien un d\u00e9veloppement significatif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le FAWE Sierra Leone a particuli\u00e8rement salu\u00e9 la participation active de son \u00e9quipe, dont les pr\u00e9cieuses r\u00e9flexions et les contributions constructives ont permis de jeter des bases solides pour la r\u00e9ussite du projet. L\u2019esprit de collaboration dont ont fait preuve les partenaires durant la phase de lancement devrait se poursuivre sur le terrain, \u00e0 mesure que les partenaires entameront la mise en \u0153uvre du projet dans les cinq districts. Le projet s\u2019attachera \u00e9galement \u00e0 renforcer les conseils locaux afin qu\u2019ils fournissent des services publics tenant compte des questions de genre, \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer les r\u00e9ponses apport\u00e9es \u00e0 la violence sexiste et \u00e0 \u00e9largir les opportunit\u00e9s \u00e9conomiques pour les femmes et les jeunes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Au nom du Conseil d\u2019administration et de la direction du FAWE Sierra Leone, l\u2019organisation a adress\u00e9 ses sinc\u00e8res remerciements au gouvernement islandais pour avoir fourni les fonds n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 la mise en \u0153uvre de cette initiative passionnante.
