Cette rencontre a marqu\u00e9 un tournant d\u00e9cisif dans le partenariat entre le FAWE et le gouvernement du Soudan du Sud, r\u00e9affirmant leur engagement commun \u00e0 faire progresser l\u2019\u00e9ducation des filles gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des interventions fond\u00e9es sur des donn\u00e9es probantes et tenant compte des questions de genre. .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L'honorable Lupai Satimon Andrew a reconnu les disparit\u00e9s persistantes entre les sexes au sein du syst\u00e8me \u00e9ducatif, soulignant que les r\u00e9sultats r\u00e9cents aux examens montrent que les filles obtiennent syst\u00e9matiquement des r\u00e9sultats inf\u00e9rieurs \u00e0 ceux des gar\u00e7ons. Il a mis en avant la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 urgente d'interventions cibl\u00e9es et a insist\u00e9 sur la p\u00e9nurie critique d'enseignants \u2014 en particulier d'enseignantes \u2014, qu'il a qualifi\u00e9e d'obstacle majeur au progr\u00e8s. Le ministre a salu\u00e9 la formation sur la p\u00e9dagogie sensible au genre pr\u00e9vue par le FAWE, la qualifiant d\u2019investissement opportun pour am\u00e9liorer les r\u00e9sultats en mati\u00e8re d\u2019enseignement et d\u2019apprentissage, et a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 : \u201c Un changement durable ne peut se produire que lorsque les partenaires de d\u00e9veloppement travaillent aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s du gouvernement, et non en marge de celui-ci. Nous saluons le partenariat avec le FAWE, car il renforce les priorit\u00e9s nationales tout en renfor\u00e7ant les capacit\u00e9s de notre propre syst\u00e8me \u00e9ducatif \u00e0 produire des r\u00e9sultats durables pour chaque enfant \u201d. .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Teresa Omondi-Adeitan a r\u00e9affirm\u00e9 l\u2019engagement du FAWE \u00e0 travailler main dans la main avec le minist\u00e8re afin de garantir que chaque intervention soit prise en charge au niveau national et contribue au renforcement des syst\u00e8mes \u00e0 long terme. \u201c Le r\u00f4le du FAWE est de travailler aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s du minist\u00e8re pour renforcer les priorit\u00e9s nationales gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des programmes fond\u00e9s sur des donn\u00e9es probantes qui am\u00e9liorent la scolarisation des filles, leur maintien \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole, leurs r\u00e9sultats scolaires et leur transition vers un avenir meilleur \u2019, a-t-elle d\u00e9clar\u00e9. Cette r\u00e9union a r\u00e9affirm\u00e9 l\u2019engagement commun \u00e0 renforcer le syst\u00e8me \u00e9ducatif du Soudan du Sud par le biais de partenariats, de l\u2019appropriation nationale et d\u2019une action coordonn\u00e9e. .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le lendemain, le 16 juillet, le FAWE a r\u00e9uni \u00e0 Juba des repr\u00e9sentants du gouvernement, des organisations de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile, des partenaires de d\u00e9veloppement, des \u00e9ducateurs et des acteurs communautaires afin de diffuser les conclusions d\u2019une \u00e9tude de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence sur les grossesses chez les adolescentes, la mise en \u0153uvre du Protocole de Maputo et la D\u00e9claration sur la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole. Cet atelier, organis\u00e9 dans le cadre du programme ECHIDNA III, a offert aux parties prenantes une tribune pour examiner les donn\u00e9es disponibles, identifier les actions prioritaires et renforcer les efforts collectifs visant \u00e0 garantir que chaque jeune fille puisse \u00e9tudier dans un environnement s\u00fbr, inclusif et favorable. Teresa Omondi-Adeitan a soulign\u00e9 que les solutions durables doivent \u00e9maner de ceux qui sont les plus proches des d\u00e9fis \u00e0 relever : \u201c Les solutions aux probl\u00e8mes dont nous discutons aujourd\u2019hui se trouvent d\u00e9j\u00e0 dans cette salle \u201d. .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019\u00e9tude de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 que la grossesse chez les adolescentes n\u2019est pas un probl\u00e8me isol\u00e9, mais qu\u2019elle est \u00e9troitement li\u00e9e \u00e0 la violence sexiste en milieu scolaire, au mariage des enfants, aux normes sociales n\u00e9fastes, \u00e0 la pauvret\u00e9, \u00e0 l\u2019insuffisance des services de sant\u00e9 sexuelle et reproductive, aux longues distances \u00e0 parcourir pour se rendre \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole, \u00e0 l\u2019ins\u00e9curit\u00e9 et au manque d\u2019opportunit\u00e9s pour les filles. Pour s\u2019attaquer \u00e0 ces obstacles interd\u00e9pendants, une action coordonn\u00e9e entre les communaut\u00e9s, les \u00e9coles et les institutions gouvernementales est n\u00e9cessaire. Dans le cadre du programme ECHIDNA III, le FAWE reste d\u00e9termin\u00e9 \u00e0 collaborer avec le gouvernement du Soudan du Sud et ses partenaires afin de renforcer les politiques, de promouvoir des environnements d\u2019apprentissage s\u00fbrs et de veiller \u00e0 ce qu\u2019un plus grand nombre de filles puissent s\u2019inscrire \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole, y rester et r\u00e9ussir.<br><br>Le 17 juillet, le FAWE Soudan du Sud a cl\u00f4tur\u00e9 avec succ\u00e8s son Assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale \u00e0 Juba, marquant ainsi une \u00e9tape importante dans le renforcement de la gouvernance de la section et lui permettant d\u2019approfondir sa contribution \u00e0 la transformation de l\u2019\u00e9ducation dans le pays. L'Assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale a r\u00e9uni des membres, des repr\u00e9sentants du gouvernement et des partenaires afin de faire le point sur les progr\u00e8s r\u00e9alis\u00e9s par la section et d'\u00e9lire un nouveau conseil d'administration charg\u00e9 d'assurer la direction strat\u00e9gique et la supervision. .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le conseil d\u2019administration nouvellement \u00e9lu est compos\u00e9 du Dr Kushaba Annet Marko Okello, pr\u00e9sident, de Mme Kiden Civilian, vice-pr\u00e9sidente, de Mme Night Agnes Wani, secr\u00e9taire du conseil, de Mme Achol Aguek, tr\u00e9sori\u00e8re du conseil, ainsi que de Mme Sylvia Michael, Mme Medakpwe Irene, et Mme Jemima Michael en tant que membres du conseil d\u2019administration.
