Cette initiative, soutenue par le projet Tuseme du KIX du GPE, a r\u00e9uni des repr\u00e9sentants du minist\u00e8re \u00e9thiopien de l\u2019\u00c9ducation, des enseignants, des chefs d\u2019\u00e9tablissement, des parents, des chefs religieux et des membres des clubs Tuseme afin de promouvoir l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 des sexes, l\u2019autonomie des \u00e9l\u00e8ves et la coexistence pacifique dans les \u00e9coles de tout le pays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Au c\u0153ur des activit\u00e9s de la semaine figuraient des sessions d\u2019\u00e9change de connaissances qui ont mis en lumi\u00e8re la mani\u00e8re dont les clubs Tuseme donnent aux apprenants, y compris ceux issus de communaut\u00e9s de d\u00e9plac\u00e9s internes, les moyens de s\u2019exprimer sur les d\u00e9fis qui affectent leur \u00e9ducation et d\u2019\u00e9laborer des solutions men\u00e9es par les apprenants eux-m\u00eames. Ce mod\u00e8le participatif, qui utilise le th\u00e9\u00e2tre et les arts pour cr\u00e9er des espaces de dialogue s\u00e9curisants, s\u2019est r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 particuli\u00e8rement efficace pour renforcer la confiance et l\u2019autonomie des \u00e9l\u00e8ves marginalis\u00e9s. Les participants ont partag\u00e9 des t\u00e9moignages inspirants illustrant comment cette approche a permis aux \u00e9l\u00e8ves d\u2019aborder des probl\u00e8mes allant de la violence sexiste aux obstacles li\u00e9s \u00e0 la scolarit\u00e9, d\u00e9montrant ainsi la pertinence de ce mod\u00e8le dans des contextes tr\u00e8s vari\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">FAWE \u00c9thiopie a \u00e9galement organis\u00e9 une formation sur le leadership au service des autres et la r\u00e9solution des conflits, destin\u00e9e \u00e0 renforcer les capacit\u00e9s des acteurs du secteur \u00e9ducatif afin de soutenir l\u2019adaptation et la g\u00e9n\u00e9ralisation du mod\u00e8le Tuseme au sein des communaut\u00e9s de personnes d\u00e9plac\u00e9es et de r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s. Cette formation a permis aux participants d\u2019acqu\u00e9rir des comp\u00e9tences pratiques pour favoriser des environnements d\u2019apprentissage inclusifs et renforcer l\u2019engagement communautaire. Il est important de noter que cette initiative a jet\u00e9 les bases n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 l\u2019extension de ces efforts de renforcement des capacit\u00e9s au camp de r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s de Sherkole, garantissant ainsi que les apprenants d\u00e9plac\u00e9s puissent b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier de l\u2019approche autonomisante de ce mod\u00e8le. Au niveau politique, FAWE a particip\u00e9 au Forum sur l\u2019adoption d\u2019un soutien institutionnel visant \u00e0 promouvoir l\u2019utilisation des donn\u00e9es issues de la recherche dans l\u2019\u00e9laboration des politiques et la planification, organis\u00e9 \u00e0 Addis-Abeba. Au cours d\u2019une table ronde anim\u00e9e par Mme Tricia Wind, du CRDI, M. Blen Berhane, coordinateur du programme FAWE en \u00c9thiopie, a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 les principales recommandations issues du projet, notamment l\u2019institutionnalisation des clubs \u00ab Tuseme \u00bb \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle nationale et le renforcement des actions de plaidoyer visant \u00e0 susciter des changements sociaux et comportementaux en faveur de la parit\u00e9 entre les sexes dans l\u2019\u00e9ducation.
