FAWE Africa, repr\u00e9sent\u00e9e par une d\u00e9l\u00e9gation de haut niveau dirig\u00e9e par sa directrice ex\u00e9cutive, le Dr Martha Muhwezi, a jou\u00e9 un r\u00f4le central dans l\u2019orientation des discussions qui d\u00e9finiront le programme \u00e9ducatif du continent pour les ann\u00e9es \u00e0 venir. .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans son intervention devant l\u2019assembl\u00e9e pl\u00e9ni\u00e8re, le Dr Muhwezi a soulign\u00e9 que la p\u00e9dagogie sensible au genre (GRP) constituait un pilier essentiel d\u2019un apprentissage de base de qualit\u00e9. \u201c Malgr\u00e9 les progr\u00e8s r\u00e9alis\u00e9s \u00e0 travers le continent, les filles continuent de se heurter \u00e0 des obstacles disproportionn\u00e9s qui limitent leur acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9ducation, leur participation \u00e0 celle-ci et leur capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 mener leurs \u00e9tudes \u00e0 bien \u201d, a-t-elle d\u00e9clar\u00e9. Dans son intervention, elle a insist\u00e9 sur le fait que les engagements politiques devaient s\u2019accompagner d\u2019actions concr\u00e8tes, appelant les gouvernements, les partenaires de d\u00e9veloppement et les parties prenantes \u00e0 traduire le dialogue en interventions mesurables ayant un impact durable sur les apprenants, tant en classe que dans leurs communaut\u00e9s. .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La d\u00e9l\u00e9gation du FAWE \u2014 compos\u00e9e notamment de Catherine Asego, responsable principale du plaidoyer et des partenariats, et de Douglas Masika, responsable principal des partenariats et du renforcement institutionnel \u2014 a men\u00e9 des discussions strat\u00e9giques de haut niveau avec les ministres de l\u2019\u00c9ducation et les partenaires au d\u00e9veloppement. Leur participation refl\u00e9tait l\u2019engagement du FAWE \u00e0 veiller \u00e0 ce que l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 des sexes reste au c\u0153ur des strat\u00e9gies d\u2019apprentissage fondamentales \u00e0 travers le continent. La d\u00e9l\u00e9gation a \u00e9galement profit\u00e9 de cette tribune pour partager des approches fond\u00e9es sur des donn\u00e9es probantes et les meilleures pratiques issues du vaste travail men\u00e9 par le FAWE \u00e0 travers l\u2019Afrique, notamment la mise en \u0153uvre r\u00e9ussie des programmes de formation GRP. .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lors du FLEX 2026, le FAWE a \u00e9t\u00e9 rejoint par le Forum des femmes africaines du monde de l\u2019\u00e9ducation au Malawi (FAWEMA), dont la participation a mis en \u00e9vidence l\u2019engagement collectif du r\u00e9seau FAWE en faveur du renforcement de l\u2019apprentissage fondamental et de la promotion de l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 des genres. Wesley Chabwera, directeur ex\u00e9cutif de la FAWEMA, s\u2019est joint \u00e0 la d\u00e9l\u00e9gation de FAWE Afrique pour \u00e9changer avec les d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9s et partager les enseignements tir\u00e9s du travail de la section au Malawi. La pr\u00e9sence de ces deux organisations a d\u00e9montr\u00e9 la force du r\u00e9seau FAWE pour conduire un changement syst\u00e9mique gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une action coordonn\u00e9e et \u00e0 une appropriation nationale. .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c0 l\u2019issue de la conf\u00e9rence FLEX 2026, le consensus parmi les d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9s \u00e9tait clair : l\u2019apprentissage fondamental ne peut \u00eatre assur\u00e9 sans approches cibl\u00e9es et sensibles au genre, qui s\u2019attaquent aux obstacles sp\u00e9cifiques auxquels sont confront\u00e9es les filles. Le message du Dr Muhwezi a r\u00e9sonn\u00e9 dans toutes les salles de conf\u00e9rence : le dialogue doit se traduire en actions concr\u00e8tes, et chaque enfant, quel que soit son genre, m\u00e9rite d\u2019avoir acc\u00e8s \u00e0 une \u00e9ducation de qualit\u00e9 qui lui permette de r\u00e9aliser pleinement son potentiel.
