Cette r\u00e9union de deux jours, qui s\u2019est tenue les 8 et 9 juillet, a offert un cadre structur\u00e9 propice \u00e0 un bilan complet, \u00e0 la planification strat\u00e9gique et \u00e0 la collaboration interfonctionnelle, renfor\u00e7ant ainsi l\u2019engagement du FAWE en faveur de l\u2019excellence, de la responsabilit\u00e9 et d\u2019un impact transformateur dans la promotion d\u2019une \u00e9ducation sensible au genre \u00e0 travers l\u2019Afrique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La journ\u00e9e d\u2019ouverture a \u00e9t\u00e9 anim\u00e9e par l\u2019\u00e9quipe de direction, sous la houlette de Mme Martha Muhwezi, directrice ex\u00e9cutive, aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s de Mme Teresa Omondi-Adeitan, directrice ex\u00e9cutive adjointe et responsable des programmes, et de M. Richard Chelagat, directeur des finances et de l\u2019administration. Leurs allocutions d\u2019ouverture ont r\u00e9affirm\u00e9 l\u2019engagement ind\u00e9fectible du FAWE en faveur de l\u2019excellence, de la responsabilit\u00e9, de l\u2019innovation et d\u2019un impact transformateur. La journ\u00e9e a \u00e9t\u00e9 marqu\u00e9e par des pr\u00e9sentations exhaustives des r\u00e9sultats des \u00e9quipes techniques et op\u00e9rationnelles du FAWE, mettant en avant les r\u00e9alisations, les enseignements tir\u00e9s et les priorit\u00e9s strat\u00e9giques. Beatrice Muiyuro (Finances), Martin Okhako (Programmes, au nom d\u2019Emily Gumba), Emily Buyaki (Communication, au nom de Kossi Tsenou), James Njuguna (Gestion des connaissances, au nom de Gordon Aomo), Crispus Malenya (Protection), Catherine Asego (Plaidoyer et partenariats), Douglas Masika (Mobilisation des ressources), Annah Katuki (\u00c9galit\u00e9 des sexes) et Grace Wambua (Ressources humaines) ont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 des rapports d\u00e9taill\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La journ\u00e9e s'est achev\u00e9e par un examen approfondi du plan de travail organisationnel, anim\u00e9 par Gordon Aomo, responsable principal de la gestion des connaissances. Cette session a permis d'identifier les lacunes en mati\u00e8re de performance et de tracer la voie pour un second semestre plus solide. L\u2019\u00e9nergie et l\u2019engagement qui r\u00e9gnaient dans la salle \u00e9taient palpables, les membres du personnel de toutes les unit\u00e9s ayant particip\u00e9 \u00e0 des s\u00e9ances de questions-r\u00e9ponses anim\u00e9es, partag\u00e9 leurs bonnes pratiques et fait preuve de l\u2019esprit de collaboration qui caract\u00e9rise la culture organisationnelle du FAWE. Les r\u00e9flexions de cette premi\u00e8re journ\u00e9e ont constitu\u00e9 une base solide pour transformer ces id\u00e9es en strat\u00e9gies concr\u00e8tes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">S'appuyant sur les r\u00e9flexions et les bilans de performance de la premi\u00e8re journ\u00e9e, la deuxi\u00e8me journ\u00e9e a \u00e9t\u00e9 consacr\u00e9e \u00e0 l'avenir, en transformant les enseignements tir\u00e9s en actions concr\u00e8tes. La journ\u00e9e a d\u00e9but\u00e9 par une session de sensibilisation au Syst\u00e8me d'information de gestion (SIG), r\u00e9affirmant l'engagement du FAWE en faveur d'une prise de d\u00e9cision fond\u00e9e sur les donn\u00e9es, de l'excellence op\u00e9rationnelle et de la responsabilit\u00e9 organisationnelle. Le personnel a ensuite particip\u00e9 \u00e0 des s\u00e9ances de planification collaborative afin d\u2019examiner et d\u2019affiner les plans de travail pour la p\u00e9riode de juillet \u00e0 d\u00e9cembre 2026. Des pr\u00e9sentations d\u2019\u00e9quipe ont \u00e9t\u00e9 assur\u00e9es par Catherine Mwangi (Finances), Joan Too (Informatique), Emily Gumba (Programmes), Birane Diarra (Communication), Crispus Malenya (Protection), Anne Motanya (gestion des connaissances), John Waweru (mobilisation des ressources), Annah Katuki (\u00e9galit\u00e9 des sexes), Mercy Mueni (bureau de la directrice ex\u00e9cutive et gouvernance), Zawadi Achieng (ressources humaines) et Karen Ondwasi (plaidoyer).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ces s\u00e9ances de planification ont permis d\u2019harmoniser les priorit\u00e9s, d\u2019identifier des opportunit\u00e9s strat\u00e9giques et de renforcer la collaboration interfonctionnelle afin d\u2019am\u00e9liorer la mise en \u0153uvre des actions et de maximiser l\u2019impact de l\u2019organisation. Une s\u00e9ance sp\u00e9cialement consacr\u00e9e au bien-\u00eatre du personnel a r\u00e9affirm\u00e9 qu\u2019un personnel en bonne sant\u00e9, motiv\u00e9 et responsabilis\u00e9 est essentiel \u00e0 la r\u00e9alisation de la mission du FAWE, qui consiste \u00e0 promouvoir une \u00e9ducation tenant compte des questions de genre \u00e0 travers l\u2019Afrique. Dans son discours de cl\u00f4ture, le Dr Martha Muhwezi a f\u00e9licit\u00e9 le personnel pour son d\u00e9vouement et son esprit de collaboration tout au long du processus d\u2019\u00e9valuation.
