De Du 16 au 18 juin<\/strong>, le personnel de FAWE Africa a suivi avec succ\u00e8s une formation intensive de trois jours Formation initiale \u00e0 la protection de l'enfance<\/strong>, marquant ainsi une nouvelle \u00e9tape importante dans l\u2019engagement de l\u2019organisation en faveur de la protection des enfants, des jeunes et des adultes vuln\u00e9rables qui sont au c\u0153ur de son action. Au-del\u00e0 d\u2019un simple exercice de renforcement des capacit\u00e9s, cette formation a r\u00e9affirm\u00e9 les valeurs fondamentales du FAWE : dignit\u00e9, respect, responsabilit\u00e9 et tol\u00e9rance z\u00e9ro envers toutes les formes d\u2019abus, d\u2019exploitation et de pr\u00e9judice. Elle refl\u00e9tait la conviction de l\u2019organisation selon laquelle des environnements d\u2019apprentissage et de travail s\u00fbrs sont essentiels pour parvenir \u00e0 une \u00e9ducation \u00e9quitable et transformatrice \u00e0 travers l\u2019Afrique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Anim\u00e9 par l'\u00e9quipe d\u00e9di\u00e9e de FAWE Afrique Responsable de la protection de l'enfance, M. Crispus Natala<\/strong>, cette formation initiale a permis au personnel d'acqu\u00e9rir les connaissances et les comp\u00e9tences pratiques n\u00e9cessaires pour identifier les risques en mati\u00e8re de protection, pr\u00e9venir les pr\u00e9judices et r\u00e9agir de mani\u00e8re appropri\u00e9e face \u00e0 d'\u00e9ventuelles pr\u00e9occupations. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des pr\u00e9sentations captivantes, des exercices pratiques et des \u00e9tudes de cas concrets, les participants ont approfondi leur compr\u00e9hension des principes de protection et de leurs responsabilit\u00e9s individuelles dans la cr\u00e9ation d'une culture o\u00f9 chacun se sent en s\u00e9curit\u00e9, respect\u00e9 et prot\u00e9g\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La formation a \u00e9galement offert un aper\u00e7u complet des normes de protection reconnues \u00e0 l'\u00e9chelle internationale, notamment les Convention des Nations Unies relative aux droits de l'enfant (CNUDE)<\/strong> et le Cadre du Comit\u00e9 permanent interorganisations (IASC) relatif \u00e0 la protection contre l'exploitation et les abus sexuels (PSEA)<\/strong>. Le personnel a examin\u00e9 dans quelle mesure ces normes internationales s\u2019alignent sur les politiques de protection et les proc\u00e9dures op\u00e9rationnelles du FAWE, afin de garantir que la protection reste int\u00e9gr\u00e9e dans l\u2019ensemble des programmes, des partenariats et des syst\u00e8mes organisationnels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tout au long de ces trois jours, les participants ont pris une part active aux discussions portant sur la conduite \u00e9thique, les approches centr\u00e9es sur les survivants, les m\u00e9canismes de signalement confidentiels, ainsi que l\u2019importance de l\u2019identification pr\u00e9coce et de l\u2019att\u00e9nuation des risques li\u00e9s \u00e0 la protection des personnes. Cet environnement d\u2019apprentissage collaboratif a encourag\u00e9 le personnel \u00e0 r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir \u00e0 des sc\u00e9narios concrets, \u00e0 affiner son jugement professionnel et \u00e0 r\u00e9affirmer sa responsabilit\u00e9 commune de respecter les normes d\u2019int\u00e9grit\u00e9 les plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es dans chaque interaction avec les b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires, les coll\u00e8gues et les partenaires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cette session d\u2019int\u00e9gration s\u2019est conclue par un engagement institutionnel renouvel\u00e9 visant \u00e0 faire de la protection la responsabilit\u00e9 de chacun. En investissant dans les comp\u00e9tences de son personnel et en renfor\u00e7ant ses syst\u00e8mes internes, le FAWE a continu\u00e9 \u00e0 promouvoir une culture organisationnelle o\u00f9 la responsabilisation, la pr\u00e9vention et la protection font partie int\u00e9grante de la mise en \u0153uvre des programmes. Alors que l\u2019organisation \u00e9tend son rayonnement \u00e0 travers l\u2019Afrique, la protection reste la pierre angulaire de sa mission, qui consiste \u00e0 garantir que chaque fille, chaque jeune et chaque personne vuln\u00e9rable puisse apprendre, s\u2019\u00e9panouir et prosp\u00e9rer dans des environnements s\u00fbrs et bienveillants.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
