Cette r\u00e9union historique a rassembl\u00e9 les dirigeants du FAWE, les repr\u00e9sentants du gouvernement, les partenaires et les membres afin d'examiner les progr\u00e8s r\u00e9alis\u00e9s, de renforcer les structures de gouvernance, de valider les principales r\u00e9formes institutionnelles et d'\u00e9lire un nouveau Conseil d'administration charg\u00e9 de guider la prochaine phase de l'orientation strat\u00e9gique du FAWE S\u00e9n\u00e9gal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L'\u00e9v\u00e9nement a \u00e9t\u00e9 honor\u00e9 par la pr\u00e9sence d'Anna Sow, Coordinatrice de l'Unit\u00e9 Genre et Equit\u00e9, repr\u00e9sentant le Minist\u00e8re de l'Education Nationale, et de Rokhaya Diakhat\u00e9, Directrice des Affaires Familiales, repr\u00e9sentant le Minist\u00e8re des Affaires Familiales. Leur participation a refl\u00e9t\u00e9 l'engagement ferme du gouvernement du S\u00e9n\u00e9gal \u00e0 continuer \u00e0 travailler aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s du FAWE S\u00e9n\u00e9gal pour faire avancer les syst\u00e8mes \u00e9ducatifs inclusifs et \u00e9quitables en mati\u00e8re de genre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Repr\u00e9sentant le FAWE Afrique, la Directrice ex\u00e9cutive, Dr. Martha R. L. Muhwezi, accompagn\u00e9e de la Charg\u00e9e de communication principale Kossi Tsenou et du personnel du Bureau sous-r\u00e9gional pour l'Afrique de l'Ouest et du Centre (FAWE RS\/WASRO), a soulign\u00e9 l'importance d'institutions solides, d'un leadership visionnaire et de partenariats durables pour fa\u00e7onner l'avenir de l'\u00e9ducation sur le continent. \u201cL'avenir de notre continent d\u00e9pendra en grande partie de notre capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 doter nos jeunes d'une \u00e9ducation de qualit\u00e9, de comp\u00e9tences, de confiance, de leadership et d'opportunit\u00e9s pour s'\u00e9panouir dans un monde en rapide \u00e9volution\u201d, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 le Dr Muhwezi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les discussions qui ont eu lieu tout au long de la journ\u00e9e ont r\u00e9affirm\u00e9 l'importance de la gouvernance, de la durabilit\u00e9, de la collaboration et des solutions africaines pour faire progresser les opportunit\u00e9s offertes aux filles et aux jeunes femmes. Elles ont \u00e9galement renforc\u00e9 le r\u00f4le strat\u00e9gique du FAWE S\u00e9n\u00e9gal au sein du mouvement continental plus large en faveur d'une \u00e9ducation transformatrice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le FAWE Afrique et le FAWE S\u00e9n\u00e9gal ont chaleureusement f\u00e9licit\u00e9 Mme Khadidiatou Sow pour son \u00e9lection en tant que nouvelle Pr\u00e9sidente du FAWE S\u00e9n\u00e9gal, ainsi que les membres du Conseil d'administration nouvellement \u00e9lus qui ont officiellement pris leurs fonctions \u00e0 l'issue de l'Assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale. Alors que le FAWE S\u00e9n\u00e9gal entre dans une nouvelle phase, le renouvellement du leadership et le renforcement de l'orientation institutionnelle ont permis \u00e0 l'antenne d'accro\u00eetre son impact, de renforcer ses partenariats et de continuer \u00e0 d\u00e9fendre l'\u00e9ducation en tant que moteur de l'\u00e9galit\u00e9, de la dignit\u00e9 et du d\u00e9veloppement national.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans les jours qui ont suivi, des visites de courtoisie ont \u00e9t\u00e9 rendues aux principaux partenaires institutionnels et techniques. Le FAWE Afrique et le FAWE S\u00e9n\u00e9gal ont visit\u00e9 la Direction g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de la formation professionnelle et technique (DGFPT) du Minist\u00e8re de l'emploi et de la formation professionnelle et technique \u00e0 Diamniadio, o\u00f9 la r\u00e9union avec M. Mamadou Gueye, Directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de la DGFPT, a permis d'examiner les progr\u00e8s r\u00e9alis\u00e9s dans le cadre de la phase II du programme FAWE\/Fondation Mastercard et de discuter des priorit\u00e9s strat\u00e9giques en mati\u00e8re d'EFTP, de d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences et de voies d'acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l'emploi. La d\u00e9l\u00e9gation a \u00e9galement rencontr\u00e9 M. Papa Malick Ndao, Secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral du Minist\u00e8re de l'\u00e9ducation nationale, afin de r\u00e9affirmer les engagements communs en faveur du d\u00e9veloppement d'opportunit\u00e9s \u00e9ducatives inclusives et \u00e9quitables. D'autres engagements ont \u00e9t\u00e9 pris, notamment une r\u00e9union productive avec le Programme CLE \u00e0 Dakar, au cours de laquelle les d\u00e9l\u00e9gations du FAWE et de CLE ont r\u00e9fl\u00e9chi \u00e0 la collaboration en cours au S\u00e9n\u00e9gal, au Togo, au B\u00e9nin, au Rwanda et en Guin\u00e9e sur le leadership des filles, la P\u00e9dagogie sensible au genre (PSG), Tuseme, et les approches d'\u00e9ducation inclusive.
