Le 16 juin, le FAWE-B\u00e9nin c\u00e9l\u00e9brera trente ans d'engagement, d'action et d'impact in\u00e9branlables en faveur de l'\u00e9ducation, du leadership et de l'autonomisation des filles et des femmes \u00e0 travers le pays. Cet anniversaire historique, plac\u00e9 sous la banni\u00e8re jubilatoire *\u201930 ans, \u00e7a se c\u00e9l\u00e8bre !\u201c*, r\u00e9unira les parties prenantes, les partenaires, les anciens \u00e9l\u00e8ves et les b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires afin d'honorer un h\u00e9ritage de changement transformateur et de tracer la voie \u00e0 suivre pour les d\u00e9cennies \u00e0 venir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Depuis sa cr\u00e9ation en 1994, le FAWE-B\u00e9nin a travaill\u00e9 \u00e0 l'avant-garde de l'\u00e9galit\u00e9 des sexes dans l'\u00e9ducation, en mettant en \u0153uvre des programmes innovants qui ont ouvert les portes des \u00e9coles \u00e0 des milliers de filles, form\u00e9 des enseignants \u00e0 une p\u00e9dagogie sensible au genre, cr\u00e9\u00e9 des clubs Tuseme qui amplifient les voix des filles, et plaid\u00e9 en faveur de politiques qui \u00e9liminent les obstacles \u00e0 la participation des femmes \u00e0 tous les niveaux du syst\u00e8me d'\u00e9ducation. En trois d\u00e9cennies, l'antenne est devenue un partenaire de confiance du gouvernement du B\u00e9nin, de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile et des organisations internationales de d\u00e9veloppement, d\u00e9montrant constamment que l'investissement dans l'\u00e9ducation des filles porte ses fruits non seulement pour les individus, mais aussi pour des communaut\u00e9s enti\u00e8res et pour la nation dans son ensemble.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La c\u00e9l\u00e9bration du 16 juin servira \u00e0 la fois de moment de r\u00e9flexion et de r\u00e9engagement pour la mission \u00e0 venir. Le FAWE-B\u00e9nin a l'intention de pr\u00e9senter les \u00e9tapes franchies au cours des trente derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es - de l'augmentation des taux de scolarisation et de r\u00e9tention des filles, \u00e0 l'\u00e9mergence de jeunes femmes leaders confiantes qui occupent d\u00e9sormais des espaces dans les domaines de la politique, de la science, des affaires et de l'universit\u00e9. L'\u00e9v\u00e9nement sera \u00e9galement l'occasion d'honorer les visionnaires, les \u00e9ducateurs, les b\u00e9n\u00e9voles et les partenaires qui ont rendu ce parcours possible, tout en engageant une nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de d\u00e9fenseurs qui porteront le flambeau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le parcours de trois d\u00e9cennies du FAWE-B\u00e9nin a \u00e9t\u00e9 marqu\u00e9 par la r\u00e9silience face \u00e0 des d\u00e9fis persistants, notamment le mariage pr\u00e9coce, les grossesses d'adolescentes, les violences bas\u00e9es sur le genre et les normes culturelles qui ont historiquement limit\u00e9 les aspirations des filles. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un plaidoyer strat\u00e9gique, \u00e0 la mobilisation des communaut\u00e9s et \u00e0 la mise en \u0153uvre directe de programmes, l'antenne a contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 faire \u00e9voluer les mentalit\u00e9s et \u00e0 cr\u00e9er des voies tangibles permettant aux filles non seulement d'aller \u00e0 l'\u00e9cole, mais aussi d'exceller, de diriger et de transformer leur soci\u00e9t\u00e9.
