ADDIS ABABA, \u00c9thiopie - Du 11 au 14 mai, les professionnels de la communication des dix pays mettant en \u0153uvre la phase II du programme FAWE\/Fondation Mastercard se sont r\u00e9unis \u00e0 Addis-Abeba, en \u00c9thiopie, \u00e0 l'occasion du Communications Bootcamp 2026. Tenue sous le th\u00e8me *\u201cAmplifier pour influencer \u201d*, cette formation intensive de quatre jours a rassembl\u00e9 des praticiens de tout le continent pour renforcer la communication strat\u00e9gique, la narration, l'engagement des m\u00e9dias et la coordination continentale afin d'am\u00e9liorer la visibilit\u00e9 et l'impact du programme \u00e0 travers l'Afrique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Con\u00e7u comme une exp\u00e9rience d'apprentissage hautement pratique et interactive, le Bootcamp s'est concentr\u00e9 sur la production de r\u00e9sultats tangibles \u00e0 partir de chaque session, en encourageant l'apprentissage par les pairs et l'\u00e9change entre les pays, en renfor\u00e7ant les approches de communication ax\u00e9es sur la mise en \u0153uvre, et en construisant des histoires convaincantes capables d'influencer le changement \u00e0 de multiples niveaux. L'engagement a \u00e9galement mis l'accent sur le positionnement des anciens \u00e9l\u00e8ves en tant qu'ambassadeurs de l'impact, du plaidoyer et de la durabilit\u00e9, reconnaissant que les voix les plus puissantes pour le programme appartiennent souvent \u00e0 ceux dont les vies ont \u00e9t\u00e9 directement transform\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Au cours de l'une des sessions, la Directrice ex\u00e9cutive adjointe du FAWE, Mme Teresa Omondi-Adeitan, a soulign\u00e9 la centralit\u00e9 de la communication pour la r\u00e9ussite du programme, notant que \u201cla communication est un \u00e9l\u00e9ment tr\u00e8s critique pour la r\u00e9ussite du programme\u201d. Ses remarques ont renforc\u00e9 la compr\u00e9hension du fait que m\u00eame les interventions les plus efficaces risquent de rester invisibles sans des strat\u00e9gies de communication d\u00e9lib\u00e9r\u00e9es, professionnelles et \u00e9thiques qui mettent l'accent sur les voix des jeunes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le Bootcamp a \u00e9t\u00e9 enrichi par la participation de deux \u00e9minents conf\u00e9renciers de la Mastercard Foundation. Mme Joy Doreen Biira, responsable de la communication des programmes pour le SETC, a soulign\u00e9 l'importance d'exploiter les m\u00e9dias pour amplifier la visibilit\u00e9 des programmes tout en mettant en \u00e9vidence le besoin critique de protection, en particulier pour les personnes handicap\u00e9es. Son intervention a rappel\u00e9 aux participants que la visibilit\u00e9 ne doit jamais se faire au d\u00e9triment de la dignit\u00e9, de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 ou de la repr\u00e9sentation \u00e9thique. M. Teshome Fantahun Hassen, responsable de la communication en mati\u00e8re de sant\u00e9 - D\u00e9veloppement du capital humain, a anim\u00e9 une session int\u00e9ressante sur la r\u00e9daction d'histoires percutantes qui trouvent un \u00e9cho aupr\u00e8s de divers publics et inspirent des actions concr\u00e8tes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tout au long des quatre jours, les professionnels de la communication des sections nationales du FAWE se sont engag\u00e9s dans des exercices de collaboration, ont partag\u00e9 les le\u00e7ons apprises dans leurs contextes respectifs, et ont d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 des outils pratiques et des plans d'action pour renforcer leur travail \u00e0 leur retour dans leurs pays. Le Bootcamp a fourni une plateforme pr\u00e9cieuse pour la collaboration, l'apprentissage partag\u00e9 et le renforcement des approches de communication qui amplifient les voix des \u00e9tudiants et des anciens \u00e9tudiants tout en positionnant les parcours \u00e9ducatifs transformateurs aux niveaux national et continental.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alors que le programme de la phase II continue \u00e0 se d\u00e9ployer dans dix pays africains, les capacit\u00e9s de communication renforc\u00e9es d\u00e9velopp\u00e9es pendant le Bootcamp devraient contribuer de mani\u00e8re significative \u00e0 l'am\u00e9lioration de la visibilit\u00e9 du programme, \u00e0 un plus grand engagement des parties prenantes et \u00e0 un plaidoyer plus efficace en faveur d'une \u00e9ducation transformatrice du genre.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
