RIO DE JANEIRO, Br\u00e9sil - Mai 2026 - Pendant cinq jours, l'Alliance ShiftEd a r\u00e9uni des acteurs mondiaux du changement \u00e0 Rio de Janeiro pour faire avancer le travail collectif visant \u00e0 transformer les syst\u00e8mes \u00e9ducatifs afin qu'ils soient v\u00e9ritablement au service des filles. Le FAWE \u00e9tait fi\u00e8rement repr\u00e9sent\u00e9 \u00e0 ce rassemblement historique par sa Directrice ex\u00e9cutive, le Dr Martha Muhwezi, et sa Responsable principale du plaidoyer et des partenariats, Catherine Asego, apportant ainsi l'expertise africaine en mati\u00e8re d'\u00e9ducation des filles et d'\u00e9galit\u00e9 entre les sexes \u00e0 une plateforme mondiale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La r\u00e9union a rassembl\u00e9 des responsables de l'\u00e9ducation, des d\u00e9fenseurs, des chercheurs et des praticiens du monde entier afin de cocr\u00e9er des biens publics partag\u00e9s destin\u00e9s \u00e0 aider les syst\u00e8mes \u00e9ducatifs \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre efficacement aux besoins des filles. Les participants se sont concentr\u00e9s sur quatre domaines essentiels : l'\u00e9laboration d'un r\u00e9cit, les preuves de la formation des enseignants, la cartographie des parties prenantes et la conception de l'\u00e9valuation. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une collaboration intensive, l'alliance s'est efforc\u00e9e de cr\u00e9er les outils, les preuves et les coalitions n\u00e9cessaires pour conduire une transformation syst\u00e9mique \u00e0 partir de la base.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La pr\u00e9sence de Martha Muhwezi \u00e0 ShiftEd Rio 2026 \u00e9tait plus que symbolique. Elle a rappel\u00e9 avec force que le leadership f\u00e9ministe africain est essentiel pour r\u00e9organiser les syst\u00e8mes \u00e9ducatifs mondiaux. S'appuyant sur des d\u00e9cennies d'exp\u00e9rience sur le terrain et en mati\u00e8re de politique, Mme Muhwezi a d\u00e9fendu sans compromis l'\u00e9ducation des filles et a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 une vision claire d'un avenir o\u00f9 les normes de genre ne limitent plus le potentiel. Son engagement tout au long de la conf\u00e9rence a permis de s'assurer que les voix du continent africain n'\u00e9taient pas n\u00e9glig\u00e9es, mais qu'elles \u00e9taient au c\u0153ur de la conception des cadres de formation des enseignants, des outils d'\u00e9valuation et des r\u00e9cits \u00e9ducatifs qui servent r\u00e9ellement les filles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La participation du FAWE \u00e0 l'Alliance ShiftEd refl\u00e8te l'engagement continu de l'organisation \u00e0 positionner l'expertise africaine au premier plan des politiques et pratiques mondiales en mati\u00e8re d'\u00e9ducation. En apportant des id\u00e9es fond\u00e9es sur des preuves et des exp\u00e9riences v\u00e9cues issues du travail consid\u00e9rable du FAWE \u00e0 travers le continent, la d\u00e9l\u00e9gation a contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 fa\u00e7onner des strat\u00e9gies collectives qui donnent la priorit\u00e9 aux approches transformatrices en mati\u00e8re de genre, aux solutions ancr\u00e9es localement et \u00e0 l'impact mesurable pour les filles les plus marginalis\u00e9es. La r\u00e9union s'est conclue par des engagements renouvel\u00e9s entre les membres de l'alliance pour approfondir la collaboration, partager l'apprentissage et acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer les progr\u00e8s vers des syst\u00e8mes \u00e9ducatifs qui respectent les droits, la dignit\u00e9 et le potentiel de chaque fille.
