{"id":72656,"date":"2026-04-06T18:36:20","date_gmt":"2026-04-06T15:36:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fawe.org\/?p=72656"},"modified":"2026-04-06T18:36:21","modified_gmt":"2026-04-06T15:36:21","slug":"strengthening-mentorship-for-transformative-learning-fawe-ethiopia-trains-tvet-mentors-in-bishoftu","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fawe.org\/fr\/strengthening-mentorship-for-transformative-learning-fawe-ethiopia-trains-tvet-mentors-in-bishoftu\/","title":{"rendered":"Renforcer le mentorat pour un apprentissage transformateur : Le FAWE Ethiopie forme des mentors de l'EFTP \u00e0 Bishoftu"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La section nationale du Forum des \u00e9ducatrices africaines en \u00c9thiopie (FAWE \u00c9thiopie) a lanc\u00e9 une campagne de sensibilisation sur le th\u00e8me de l'\u00e9ducation. <strong>Formation au mentorat<\/strong> dans le cadre de la phase II du programme FAWE\/Fondation Mastercard \u00e0 Bishoftu, marquant ainsi une \u00e9tape importante dans le renforcement des syst\u00e8mes de soutien aux jeunes dans l'enseignement et la formation techniques et professionnels (EFTP).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La formation interactive de trois jours, qui a d\u00e9but\u00e9 le 16 mars 2026, rassemble les mentors qui soutiennent les participants de la Cohorte II des institutions partenaires dans quatre r\u00e9gions : Addis-Abeba, Sidama, Oromia et Amhara.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les participants comprennent des mentors des principales institutions d'EFTP telles que le General Wingate Polytechnic College, l'Addis Ababa Tegbareid Polytechnic College, le Hawassa Polytechnic College, le Hawassa Tegbareid Polytechnic College, l'Adama Polytechnic College et le Bahir Dar Polytechnic College. La formation implique \u00e9galement les parties prenantes de l'industrie, les organisations de soutien \u00e0 l'entreprenariat, les anciens \u00e9l\u00e8ves du FAWE et les institutions scientifiques et technologiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette participation diversifi\u00e9e refl\u00e8te une approche multisectorielle du mentorat - reliant l'\u00e9ducation, l'industrie et l'innovation pour mieux soutenir les parcours acad\u00e9miques et professionnels des \u00e9tudiants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La formation est con\u00e7ue comme une exp\u00e9rience interactive et participative, combinant discussions, travail de groupe et apprentissage collaboratif. Les principaux domaines d'int\u00e9r\u00eat sont les suivants :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Comprendre les exp\u00e9riences v\u00e9cues et les d\u00e9fis des \u00e9tudiants<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fondements et principes d'un mentorat efficace<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comp\u00e9tences en mati\u00e8re de communication dans les relations de tutorat<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces modules fondamentaux visent \u00e0 doter les mentors d'outils pratiques leur permettant de fournir des conseils adapt\u00e9s, empathiques et efficaces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au cours de la formation, les participants exploreront plus avant les domaines avanc\u00e9s essentiels au mentorat dans le cadre de l'EFTP, notamment<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pratique du mentorat et approches structur\u00e9es de l'engagement<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>D\u00e9veloppement de carri\u00e8re et parcours vers l'emploi<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>S\u00e9curit\u00e9, protection et bien-\u00eatre des \u00e9l\u00e8ves<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Suivi et \u00e9valuation des programmes de tutorat<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Plan d'action pour renforcer les syst\u00e8mes de soutien au mentorat<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>En int\u00e9grant ces composantes, le FAWE \u00c9thiopie s'assure que le mentorat va au-del\u00e0 de l'orientation et devient un m\u00e9canisme de soutien structur\u00e9 et ax\u00e9 sur les r\u00e9sultats pour la r\u00e9ussite des \u00e9tudiants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette initiative s'inscrit dans la vision du FAWE \u00c9thiopie qui est de construire une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9quitable et inclusive o\u00f9 toutes les filles et les femmes peuvent s'\u00e9panouir.
