{"id":72653,"date":"2026-04-06T18:32:02","date_gmt":"2026-04-06T15:32:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fawe.org\/?p=72653"},"modified":"2026-04-06T18:32:04","modified_gmt":"2026-04-06T15:32:04","slug":"empowering-young-voices-fawe-benin-expands-tuseme-clubs-in-vocational-training-centres","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fawe.org\/fr\/empowering-young-voices-fawe-benin-expands-tuseme-clubs-in-vocational-training-centres\/","title":{"rendered":"L'autonomisation des jeunes voix : Le FAWE B\u00e9nin d\u00e9veloppe les clubs TUSEME dans les centres de formation professionnelle"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>L'antenne nationale du Forum des \u00e9ducatrices africaines au B\u00e9nin (FAWE B\u00e9nin) continue de renforcer le leadership et l'autonomisation des filles par le biais de l'expansion des activit\u00e9s suivantes <strong>Clubs TUSEME<\/strong> dans les centres de formation professionnelle dans le cadre du projet 3M.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le d\u00e9ploiement de cette initiative a commenc\u00e9 le lundi 2 mars 2026 au Centre de Formation Professionnelle et d'Apprentissage (CFPA) de Pahou, marquant une \u00e9tape importante dans la promotion de la voix, de la participation et de l'action des jeunes apprenants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L'\u00e9v\u00e9nement de lancement a rassembl\u00e9 trente membres du club nouvellement inscrits, ainsi que des parents et l'administration du centre de formation. Cette approche inclusive refl\u00e8te l'engagement du FAWE \u00e0 impliquer \u00e0 la fois les apprenants et leurs syst\u00e8mes de soutien dans la cr\u00e9ation d'environnements o\u00f9 les filles peuvent s'exprimer en toute confiance et assumer des r\u00f4les de leadership.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l'approche TUSEME - c'est-\u00e0-dire <em>\u201cParlons franchement\u201d<\/em>-Les jeunes sont encourag\u00e9s \u00e0 identifier les d\u00e9fis qui affectent leur \u00e9ducation et leur bien-\u00eatre, et \u00e0 participer activement \u00e0 la recherche de solutions au sein de leurs \u00e9coles et de leurs communaut\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chaque bureau de club TUSEME nouvellement cr\u00e9\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9quip\u00e9 d'un cahier de travail sp\u00e9cifique d\u00e9crivant les actions et activit\u00e9s cl\u00e9s \u00e0 mener par les membres du club. Ces outils sont con\u00e7us pour guider les jeunes apprentis dans l'organisation de discussions, la conduite d'initiatives et la r\u00e9solution de probl\u00e8mes ayant un impact sur leurs exp\u00e9riences d'apprentissage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En fournissant des cadres structur\u00e9s pour l'engagement, le FAWE B\u00e9nin s'assure que les clubs fonctionnent de mani\u00e8re efficace et durable, en donnant aux apprenants les moyens de traduire le dialogue en action.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L'installation des bureaux du Club TUSEME est mise en \u0153uvre dans neuf centres de formation professionnelle (CFPA) participant au projet 3M. Apr\u00e8s le lancement initial \u00e0 Pahou, le FAWE B\u00e9nin continue de d\u00e9ployer l'initiative dans d'autres centres entre le 3 et le 16 mars 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette expansion repr\u00e9sente une \u00e9tape importante vers l'institutionnalisation de plateformes dirig\u00e9es par des jeunes dans le cadre de l'enseignement professionnel - des espaces qui sont souvent n\u00e9glig\u00e9s dans les programmes traditionnels d'autonomisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le projet 3M est mis en \u0153uvre par Affaires mondiales Canada par l'entremise de sa pr\u00e9sence au B\u00e9nin, en partenariat avec FAWE B\u00e9nin et RENEJ B\u00e9nin, avec l'appui de l'ambassade du Canada au B\u00e9nin et de l'Internationale de l'\u00e9ducation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette collaboration refl\u00e8te un engagement commun en faveur de l'autonomisation des filles et des jeunes femmes par le biais de l'\u00e9ducation, du d\u00e9veloppement du leadership et de l'engagement communautaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l'expansion des clubs TUSEME, le FAWE B\u00e9nin nourrit une g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de jeunes gens confiants, conscients d'eux-m\u00eames et autonomes qui sont \u00e9quip\u00e9s pour s'exprimer, diriger et contribuer de mani\u00e8re significative \u00e0 leurs communaut\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L'initiative continue de se d\u00e9velopper et renforce la vision du FAWE de syst\u00e8mes \u00e9ducatifs qui ne se contentent pas de transmettre des connaissances, mais qui cultivent \u00e9galement la voix, l'action et le leadership chez tous les apprenants.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Forum for African Women Educationalists national chapter in Benin\u2014FAWE Benin\u2014continues to strengthen girls\u2019 leadership and empowerment through the expansion of TUSEME Clubs across vocational training centres under the 3M Project.
