La formation s'est achev\u00e9e par une intervention pratique et tourn\u00e9e vers l'avenir : la remise de paquets de semences \u00e0 20 \u00e9coles participantes du projet, afin de soutenir la cr\u00e9ation et le renforcement de jardins nutritionnels dans les \u00e9coles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette initiative refl\u00e8te l'approche holistique du FAWEZI en mati\u00e8re d'\u00e9ducation sensible au genre, reconnaissant que les environnements d'apprentissage efficaces vont au-del\u00e0 de la salle de classe pour prendre en compte le bien-\u00eatre, la nutrition et le d\u00e9veloppement g\u00e9n\u00e9ral des apprenants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Promouvoir le bien-\u00eatre des apprenants gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des jardins nutritionnels \u00e0 l'\u00e9cole<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les paquets de semences, contenant du ma\u00efs, des haricots, des oignons et des l\u00e9gumes \u00e0 feuilles, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 distribu\u00e9s pour aider les \u00e9coles \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper des jardins nutritionnels durables. Ces jardins ont des objectifs multiples : ils contribuent \u00e0 une meilleure nutrition des \u00e9l\u00e8ves, am\u00e9liorent les possibilit\u00e9s d'apprentissage pratique et renforcent la capacit\u00e9 des \u00e9coles \u00e0 soutenir les \u00e9l\u00e8ves vuln\u00e9rables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En int\u00e9grant des jardins nutritionnels dans les syst\u00e8mes scolaires, le FAWEZI contribue \u00e0 cr\u00e9er des environnements d'apprentissage favorables o\u00f9 les \u00e9l\u00e8ves peuvent s'\u00e9panouir sur le plan acad\u00e9mique et physique. Une nutrition ad\u00e9quate est \u00e9troitement li\u00e9e \u00e0 l'am\u00e9lioration de la concentration, de l'assiduit\u00e9 et des r\u00e9sultats scolaires, ce qui fait de cette initiative un compl\u00e9ment important \u00e0 la p\u00e9dagogie sensible au genre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les jardins servent \u00e9galement d'espaces d'apprentissage pratiques o\u00f9 les \u00e9l\u00e8ves peuvent d\u00e9velopper des comp\u00e9tences en agriculture, en travail d'\u00e9quipe et en gestion de l'environnement. Ces exp\u00e9riences pratiques contribuent \u00e0 l'acquisition de comp\u00e9tences utiles dans la vie courante tout en renfor\u00e7ant l'apprentissage en classe de mani\u00e8re significative et attrayante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Renforcer l'enseignement et la direction des \u00e9coles en tenant compte de la dimension de genre<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La formation GRP a permis aux enseignants et aux chefs d'\u00e9tablissement d'acqu\u00e9rir les connaissances et les outils n\u00e9cessaires pour cr\u00e9er des classes inclusives qui r\u00e9pondent aux besoins de tous les apprenants, en particulier des filles. La p\u00e9dagogie sensible au genre promeut une participation \u00e9quitable, des environnements d'apprentissage favorables et des pratiques d'enseignement qui encouragent la confiance, l'engagement et la r\u00e9ussite scolaire de chaque \u00e9l\u00e8ve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans le cadre de la cl\u00f4ture de la formation, les \u00e9coles participantes ont proc\u00e9d\u00e9 \u00e0 des auto-\u00e9valuations \u00e0 l'aide de la liste de contr\u00f4le GRP du FAWEZI, en r\u00e9fl\u00e9chissant \u00e0 leurs progr\u00e8s et en identifiant les domaines dans lesquels une am\u00e9lioration continue est n\u00e9cessaire. Ce processus de r\u00e9flexion structur\u00e9 a permis aux \u00e9coles d'\u00e9valuer leur capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 mettre en \u0153uvre des pratiques sensibles au genre et \u00e0 renforcer la responsabilit\u00e9 institutionnelle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les \u00e9coles ont \u00e9galement \u00e9labor\u00e9 des plans d'action pour guider la mise en \u0153uvre au-del\u00e0 de la p\u00e9riode de formation. Ces plans constituent une feuille de route pour l'int\u00e9gration d'approches sexosp\u00e9cifiques dans les pratiques d'enseignement quotidiennes et pour garantir un impact durable au niveau de l'\u00e9cole.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Faire progresser l'\u00e9ducation durable et inclusive<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La collaboration entre le FAWEZI et l'UNICEF refl\u00e8te un engagement commun \u00e0 renforcer les syst\u00e8mes \u00e9ducatifs qui sont inclusifs, \u00e9quitables et adapt\u00e9s aux divers besoins des apprenants. En combinant le d\u00e9veloppement des capacit\u00e9s des enseignants avec des interventions pratiques qui soutiennent le bien-\u00eatre des apprenants, l'initiative favorise un changement durable et \u00e0 long terme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La remise des paquets de semences symbolise plus que la fin d'un programme de formation : elle repr\u00e9sente le d\u00e9but de l'action. Dot\u00e9es de nouvelles connaissances, d'outils pratiques et de plans de mise en \u0153uvre clairs, les \u00e9coles participantes sont d\u00e9sormais mieux plac\u00e9es pour cr\u00e9er des environnements d'apprentissage inclusifs et solidaires qui favorisent \u00e0 la fois la r\u00e9ussite scolaire et le bien-\u00eatre des \u00e9l\u00e8ves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A travers des initiatives telles que la formation GRP et le programme de jardin nutritionnel, le FAWEZI continue de d\u00e9montrer le pouvoir transformateur de l'\u00e9ducation sensible au genre.
