Cette activit\u00e9 importante, organis\u00e9e dans le cadre de la 15\u00e8me journ\u00e9e de la campagne, a rassembl\u00e9 des apprenants, des \u00e9ducateurs et des partenaires de valeur dans un effort commun visant \u00e0 doter les jeunes de connaissances, de confiance et de comp\u00e9tences de vie essentielles \u00e0 leur r\u00e9ussite future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La session a \u00e9t\u00e9 enrichie par la participation du partenaire du FAWEZA, ZSIC Life Insurance, dont la contribution a soulign\u00e9 l'importance de la sensibilisation financi\u00e8re en tant que composante essentielle de l'autonomisation des apprenants. En tant que principal fournisseur de solutions d'assurance et de protection financi\u00e8re en Zambie, ZSIC Life Insurance joue un r\u00f4le essentiel en aidant les individus et les familles \u00e0 g\u00e9rer les risques, \u00e0 planifier l'avenir et \u00e0 renforcer leur r\u00e9silience financi\u00e8re. Leur participation \u00e0 la session a permis aux apprenants d'acqu\u00e9rir des connaissances fondamentales en mati\u00e8re d'\u00e9ducation financi\u00e8re, les aidant \u00e0 comprendre la valeur de l'\u00e9pargne, de la planification et de la prise de d\u00e9cisions \u00e9clair\u00e9es d\u00e8s le plus jeune \u00e2ge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au-del\u00e0 de l'\u00e9ducation financi\u00e8re, la session de mentorat a cr\u00e9\u00e9 une plateforme de soutien permettant aux apprenants de r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir \u00e0 l'importance de l'\u00e9ducation en tant que voie d'acc\u00e8s aux opportunit\u00e9s et au d\u00e9veloppement personnel. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des discussions ouvertes et \u00e0 un dialogue interactif, les apprenants ont \u00e9t\u00e9 encourag\u00e9s \u00e0 se fixer des objectifs, \u00e0 rester engag\u00e9s dans leurs \u00e9tudes et \u00e0 reconna\u00eetre leur potentiel pour fa\u00e7onner leur avenir et contribuer positivement \u00e0 leur communaut\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cet engagement refl\u00e8te l'approche plus large du FAWEZA en mati\u00e8re d'\u00e9ducation, qui va au-del\u00e0 de la r\u00e9ussite scolaire pour soutenir le d\u00e9veloppement social, \u00e9motionnel et pratique des apprenants. Le mentorat et l'enseignement des comp\u00e9tences n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 la vie courante jouent un r\u00f4le essentiel dans le renforcement de la confiance, de la r\u00e9silience et des capacit\u00e9s de prise de d\u00e9cision des apprenants, en veillant \u00e0 ce qu'ils soient bien \u00e9quip\u00e9s pour relever les d\u00e9fis et poursuivre leurs aspirations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Afin de soutenir le bien-\u00eatre des filles et leur participation continue \u00e0 l'\u00e9ducation, le FAWEZA a \u00e9galement distribu\u00e9 des serviettes hygi\u00e9niques offertes dans le cadre de son partenariat avec Angel's Care Women and Girls. L'acc\u00e8s aux produits d'hygi\u00e8ne menstruelle est essentiel pour promouvoir la dignit\u00e9, la confiance et l'apprentissage ininterrompu des filles. Ce geste refl\u00e8te l'engagement du FAWEZA \u00e0 s'attaquer aux obstacles qui peuvent affecter la fr\u00e9quentation et la pers\u00e9v\u00e9rance scolaires des filles, en veillant \u00e0 ce que chaque fille puisse apprendre dans un environnement s\u00fbr et favorable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L'engagement du Jour 15 est un exemple puissant de la mani\u00e8re dont les partenariats peuvent renforcer l'impact et \u00e9largir les opportunit\u00e9s pour les apprenants.
