L'Assembl\u00e9e a r\u00e9uni des membres engag\u00e9s, des partenaires et des parties prenantes unis par une mission commune : \u00e9largir les opportunit\u00e9s pour les filles et les jeunes femmes tout en promouvant des syst\u00e8mes \u00e9ducatifs inclusifs qui b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient \u00e0 la fois aux filles et aux gar\u00e7ons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cet important moment de gouvernance a \u00e9t\u00e9 renforc\u00e9 par la pr\u00e9sence du Dr. Martha Muhwezi, Directrice ex\u00e9cutive du FAWE Afrique, qui a conduit la d\u00e9l\u00e9gation du Secr\u00e9tariat r\u00e9gional en appui \u00e0 l'antenne. Sa participation a soulign\u00e9 l'engagement du FAWE Afrique \u00e0 renforcer les sections nationales en tant que moteurs cl\u00e9s de l'impact durable \u00e0 travers le continent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Martha a soulign\u00e9 le r\u00f4le central du leadership et de la gouvernance pour assurer la durabilit\u00e9 et la croissance de l'institution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cLa gouvernance est l'\u00e9pine dorsale de la durabilit\u00e9. Cet engagement strat\u00e9gique a permis de renforcer le positionnement institutionnel du FAWE Gabon et de consolider la collaboration avec les autorit\u00e9s gouvernementales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La r\u00e9union a \u00e9t\u00e9 l'occasion de pr\u00e9senter la mission du FAWE, de partager les priorit\u00e9s du nouveau Conseil d'administration et d'explorer les possibilit\u00e9s de partenariat pour faire avancer les initiatives en mati\u00e8re d'\u00e9ducation, de protection sociale et d'autonomisation qui tiennent compte des questions de genre. Martha a r\u00e9affirm\u00e9 l'engagement continu du FAWE Afrique \u00e0 soutenir l'antenne gabonaise dans le renforcement des syst\u00e8mes de gouvernance et l'\u00e9largissement de son impact national.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cet engagement repr\u00e9sente une \u00e9tape importante pour s'assurer que le travail du FAWE Gabon reste align\u00e9 sur les priorit\u00e9s nationales et soutenu par des partenariats institutionnels solides.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>D\u00e9velopper les partenariats strat\u00e9giques avec l'UNESCO et le FNUAP<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans le cadre de sa mission strat\u00e9gique, la d\u00e9l\u00e9gation du FAWE a \u00e9galement tenu des discussions de haut niveau avec le Bureau de l'UNESCO au Gabon. Dirig\u00e9e par le Dr Thierry P. Nzamba Nzamba, charg\u00e9 de programme national de l'UNESCO pour la culture, la r\u00e9union a mis en \u00e9vidence un fort int\u00e9r\u00eat mutuel \u00e0 approfondir la collaboration afin de faire progresser l'\u00e9ducation inclusive et sensible au genre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les discussions ont port\u00e9 sur l'\u00e9largissement des approches \u00e9prouv\u00e9es du FAWE, notamment Tuseme, la p\u00e9dagogie sensible au genre et les centres d'excellence, qui ont d\u00e9montr\u00e9 leur impact sur l'autonomisation des apprenants, le renforcement de la participation et l'am\u00e9lioration des environnements d'apprentissage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans le cadre d'un engagement s\u00e9par\u00e9, les dirigeants du FAWE ont rencontr\u00e9 l'UNFPA Gabon, repr\u00e9sent\u00e9 par Madame Octavia Avome Engone, Directrice des programmes. Les discussions ont renforc\u00e9 l'engagement commun de s'attaquer aux obstacles qui affectent l'\u00e9ducation, le bien-\u00eatre et les opportunit\u00e9s de leadership pour les jeunes. Les deux organisations ont soulign\u00e9 l'importance des approches int\u00e9gr\u00e9es qui favorisent des environnements d'apprentissage s\u00fbrs, inclusifs et autonomisants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces engagements refl\u00e8tent la reconnaissance croissante du leadership du FAWE et de l'importance des partenariats de collaboration pour faire progresser l'\u00e9galit\u00e9 des sexes et les r\u00e9sultats en mati\u00e8re d'\u00e9ducation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cr\u00e9er une dynamique pour un impact durable<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L'Assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale r\u00e9ussie et les engagements de haut niveau qui ont suivi marquent le d\u00e9but d'un nouveau chapitre prometteur pour le FAWE Gabon.
