En tant que principal partenaire de mise en \u0153uvre, le FAWE a convoqu\u00e9 cette r\u00e9union strat\u00e9gique afin de r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir aux progr\u00e8s r\u00e9alis\u00e9s, de partager les le\u00e7ons apprises et de tracer une voie claire pour l'avenir, alors que le programme entre dans sa derni\u00e8re ann\u00e9e de mise en \u0153uvre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette r\u00e9union annuelle a fourni une plate-forme essentielle pour la r\u00e9flexion collective et la planification future, fond\u00e9e sur la mission principale du programme : veiller \u00e0 ce que les apprenants r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s et d\u00e9plac\u00e9s \u00e0 l'int\u00e9rieur du pays - filles et gar\u00e7ons - aient la possibilit\u00e9 de s'exprimer, la confiance et l'autorit\u00e9 n\u00e9cessaires pour fa\u00e7onner activement leurs exp\u00e9riences \u00e9ducatives gr\u00e2ce aux clubs Tuseme. Dans les contextes fragiles et touch\u00e9s par les d\u00e9placements, o\u00f9 les apprenants sont souvent confront\u00e9s \u00e0 des obstacles \u00e0 la participation et \u00e0 la protection, le mod\u00e8le Tuseme continue de d\u00e9montrer son potentiel de transformation en pla\u00e7ant les jeunes au centre du changement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En ouvrant la r\u00e9union, la Directrice ex\u00e9cutive adjointe du FAWE et responsable des programmes, Teresa Omondi Adeitan, a rappel\u00e9 aux participants la responsabilit\u00e9 et l'opportunit\u00e9 qui les attendent :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cNous devons consid\u00e9rer qu'il s'agit de la derni\u00e8re ann\u00e9e du contrat actuel, mais pas de la fin d'un grand travail. Lors de cette r\u00e9union, nous r\u00e9fl\u00e9chirons, nous exploiterons les acquis, nous pr\u00e9parerons et communiquerons nos prochaines \u00e9tapes. Les filles et les gar\u00e7ons des clubs Tuseme dans les camps de r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s comptent sur nous\u201d.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ses remarques ont donn\u00e9 un ton clair et d\u00e9termin\u00e9, ax\u00e9 non seulement sur l'\u00e9valuation des progr\u00e8s, mais aussi sur le maintien et l'\u00e9largissement de l'impact au-del\u00e0 du cycle de financement actuel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans le cadre du processus d'examen, le FAWE a organis\u00e9 une visite d'\u00e9change et d'apprentissage \u00e0 l'\u00e9cole Runyu Comprehensive School dans le comt\u00e9 de Busia, une \u00e9cole desservant des communaut\u00e9s touch\u00e9es par le d\u00e9placement d\u00fb aux inondations. Cette visite a permis aux partenaires de constater de visu comment l'approche Tuseme renforce la voix, l'action et la participation des apprenants dans des contextes r\u00e9els.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L'\u00e9change a rassembl\u00e9 des enseignants, des chefs d'\u00e9tablissement, des repr\u00e9sentants de la communaut\u00e9, des membres du conseil d'administration du camp de d\u00e9plac\u00e9s et des partenaires de d\u00e9veloppement, dont ChildFund International. Les participants ont r\u00e9fl\u00e9chi aux d\u00e9fis auxquels sont confront\u00e9s les apprenants d\u00e9plac\u00e9s - de l'interruption de la scolarit\u00e9 aux barri\u00e8res sociales et \u00e9motionnelles - et ont explor\u00e9 des solutions locales \u00e9mergeant des clubs Tuseme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L'invit\u00e9e principale, Mercyline Makokha, directrice de l'\u00e9ducation du sous-comt\u00e9 de Bunyala, repr\u00e9sentant le directeur de l'\u00e9ducation du comt\u00e9, a soulign\u00e9 l'impact tangible du programme, notant que les inscriptions scolaires ont augment\u00e9 depuis le d\u00e9but du programme il y a deux ans. Elle a r\u00e9affirm\u00e9 l'engagement du gouvernement du comt\u00e9 \u00e0 soutenir et \u00e0 \u00e9tendre l'initiative, reconnaissant son r\u00f4le dans le renforcement des syst\u00e8mes \u00e9ducatifs inclusifs dans les communaut\u00e9s touch\u00e9es par le d\u00e9placement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S'exprimant au cours de la visite, Teresa Omondi Adeitan a soulign\u00e9 la signification profonde du mod\u00e8le Tuseme :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cTuseme donne aux jeunes la possibilit\u00e9 de devenir des acteurs cl\u00e9s dans la r\u00e9solution des probl\u00e8mes au sein de leurs \u00e9coles et de leurs communaut\u00e9s.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cet \u00e9change a renforc\u00e9 une le\u00e7on puissante et durable : lorsque les apprenants disposent d'espaces s\u00fbrs pour s'exprimer, les communaut\u00e9s les \u00e9coutent et les syst\u00e8mes \u00e9ducatifs deviennent plus inclusifs, plus r\u00e9actifs et plus r\u00e9silients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La r\u00e9union s'est achev\u00e9e sur un engagement renouvel\u00e9 et une clart\u00e9 d'objectif. Le FAWE et ses partenaires se sont engag\u00e9s dans des discussions approfondies afin d'analyser les preuves, d'identifier les pratiques extensibles et de s'aligner sur les strat\u00e9gies visant \u00e0 consolider les acquis du programme et \u00e0 assurer la durabilit\u00e9 au-del\u00e0 de la dur\u00e9e de la subvention.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hazel Miseda Mumbo, tr\u00e9sori\u00e8re honoraire du FAWE Afrique et vice-chanceli\u00e8re de l'Universit\u00e9 des Grands Lacs de Kisumu, a soulign\u00e9 l'importance des partenariats ax\u00e9s sur la recherche pour faire progresser l'\u00e9ducation inclusive et respectueuse de l'\u00e9galit\u00e9 des sexes :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cLa recherche est ce qui fait que les voix des filles ne sont pas seulement entendues, mais aussi respect\u00e9es et prot\u00e9g\u00e9es. Les clubs Tuseme sont des structures viables pour notre succ\u00e8s, et le programme GPE KIX Tuseme continue \u00e0 renforcer cette fondation.\u2019<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le FAWE remercie sinc\u00e8rement le Partenariat mondial pour l'\u00e9ducation (GPE) et le CRDI pour leur soutien financier et technique, qui a permis la mise en place de programmes fond\u00e9s sur des donn\u00e9es probantes, centr\u00e9s sur les voix des enfants dans les r\u00e9ponses \u00e9ducatives dans les contextes fragiles et affect\u00e9s par les d\u00e9placements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alors que le programme entre dans sa derni\u00e8re ann\u00e9e, la voie \u00e0 suivre est claire : consolider les r\u00e9alisations, documenter l'impact et \u00e9tendre le mod\u00e8le Tuseme pour atteindre davantage d'apprenants.
