Leur mission est chirurgicale et fondamentale - mener des entretiens pour les piliers m\u00eames de l'antenne du FAWE au Sud-Soudan : une Coordinatrice nationale, une Responsable des finances et une Responsable des partenariats et du plaidoyer. En collaboration avec le partenaire local, WART (Women Agency for Resilience and Transformation), ce processus est le premier acte crucial de la construction d'une institution \u00e0 partir du squelette.<\/p>\n<p>Il s'agit de la construction d'une nation au niveau des ressources humaines. Il a r\u00e9it\u00e9r\u00e9 l'engagement du FAWE, mais avec un nouveau poids tangible : l'activation de deux subventions \u00e0 mettre en \u0153uvre par le biais de WART. Il ne s'agit pas de simples t\u00e2ches administratives. Il s'agit d'un travail d'enracinement profond. Le r\u00e9enregistrement est une d\u00e9claration d'intention \u00e0 long terme, une promesse de rester et de construire. Le renouvellement de l'abonnement au r\u00e9seau NEC est un engagement \u00e0 l'action collective, reconnaissant que le chemin vers la transformation de l'\u00e9ducation des filles ne peut \u00eatre parcouru seul.<\/p>\n<p>L'ensemble de ces \u00e9tapes constitue une classe de ma\u00eetre en mati\u00e8re d'entr\u00e9e strat\u00e9gique. Le FAWE n'arrive pas en tant qu'outsider avec une solution toute faite. Il s'int\u00e8gre d\u00e9lib\u00e9r\u00e9ment - sur le plan juridique, financier et collaboratif - dans l'\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me existant.
