Cet exercice important a marqu\u00e9 une \u00e9tape significative vers le renforcement du leadership et de la gouvernance dans la poursuite d'une \u00e9ducation \u00e9quitable pour les filles \u00e0 travers le Kenya.<\/p>\n<p>La session visait \u00e0 orienter les nouveaux membres du Conseil d'administration sur la mission du FAWE, sa vision strat\u00e9gique, ses principes de gouvernance et la responsabilit\u00e9 collective qui d\u00e9coule de l'avancement de l'\u00e9ducation sensible au genre. A travers des pr\u00e9sentations pertinentes et des discussions interactives, les participants ont explor\u00e9 l'engagement de longue date du FAWE \u00e0 transformer les syst\u00e8mes \u00e9ducatifs afin de permettre aux filles d'apprendre, de s'\u00e9panouir et de diriger.<\/p>\n<p>Dans son discours d'ouverture, Prof. Alice Odingo, Pr\u00e9sidente du FAWE Kenya, a mis l'accent sur le r\u00f4le vital d'un leadership visionnaire dans la conduite d'un changement impactant. Elle a soulign\u00e9 la responsabilit\u00e9 du Conseil d'administration de s'assurer que l'organisation reste align\u00e9e sur la strat\u00e9gie r\u00e9gionale du FAWE et qu'elle s'adapte \u00e0 l'\u00e9volution du paysage \u00e9ducatif au Kenya.<\/p>\n<p>Hazel Miseda Mumbo, Tr\u00e9sori\u00e8re honoraire du FAWE Afrique ; Mme Teresa Omondi Adeitan, Directrice ex\u00e9cutive adjointe et Responsable des programmes du FAWE Afrique ; Mme Jeanette Nyanjom, Directrice g\u00e9n\u00e9rale du FAWE Kenya ; et M. Kossi Tsenou, Charg\u00e9 de communication principal du FAWE Afrique.
