En lan\u00e7ant un appel \u00e0 la collaboration, elle a soulign\u00e9 que la r\u00e9alisation de l'\u00e9galit\u00e9 des sexes dans l'\u00e9ducation n\u00e9cessite une action coordonn\u00e9e, des outils innovants et un engagement soutenu de la part des gouvernements, de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile et des communaut\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Le Dr Muhwezi a mis en lumi\u00e8re trois approches phares qui transforment le paysage de l'\u00e9ducation pour les filles. <strong>P\u00e9dagogie sensible au genre (PGS)<\/strong> permet aux enseignants de plus de 20 pays de favoriser des environnements d'apprentissage inclusifs et de promouvoir la participation des filles dans les domaines des STIM et du leadership. Le programme <strong>Programme Tuseme (\u201cLet Us Speak Out\u201d)<\/strong> permet aux filles de s'exprimer avec confiance, de remettre en question les normes n\u00e9fastes et de conduire le changement au sein de leurs \u00e9coles et de leurs communaut\u00e9s.
