C'est plus qu'une formation. Il s'agit d'un plan pour <\/span>changement de g\u00e9n\u00e9ration<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Des connaissances qui nourrissent - et lib\u00e8rent<\/span><\/h3>\n

Au c\u0153ur des sessions se trouvent des piliers essentiels de la vie :<\/span>

\n<\/span>\u2705<\/span> Eau, assainissement et hygi\u00e8ne (WASH)<\/b>
\n<\/span>\u2705<\/span> \u00c9galit\u00e9 entre les hommes et les femmes<\/b>
\n<\/span>\u2705<\/span> Programmes d'alimentation scolaire<\/b><\/p>\n

Chaque module est con\u00e7u non seulement pour informer, mais aussi pour <\/span>donner aux filles les moyens de devenir des d\u00e9fenseurs de la communaut\u00e9<\/b>-Elles sont capables d'enseigner, de diriger et d'inspirer les autres. Ces filles ne sont plus des b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires passives d'aide ou de connaissances ; elles sont <\/span>multiplicateurs de changement<\/b>, Les \u00e9coles et les villages sont des lieux de rencontre et d'\u00e9change d'exp\u00e9riences, qui fa\u00e7onnent les r\u00e9sultats de leurs \u00e9coles et de leurs villages en mati\u00e8re de sant\u00e9 et d'\u00e9quit\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n

La formation met l'accent sur <\/span>\u00e9ducation par les pairs<\/b>, L'objectif est d'encourager les filles \u00e0 jouer un r\u00f4le de leader et \u00e0 s'attaquer aux probl\u00e8mes r\u00e9els auxquels sont confront\u00e9es leurs communaut\u00e9s - du mariage pr\u00e9coce \u00e0 la gestion de l'hygi\u00e8ne menstruelle en passant par l'absent\u00e9isme \u00e0 l'\u00e9cole. Au cours de ces sessions interactives, la confiance en soi prend racine. Les jeunes filles qui s'asseyaient tranquillement \u00e0 l'arri\u00e8re sont aujourd'hui <\/span>mener des conversations, faciliter le travail de groupe et proposer des solutions<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cCe n'est pas seulement ce que nous apprenons, c'est ce que nous en faisons\u201d, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 un participant de 15 ans de Kerewan. \u201cMaintenant, je peux d\u00e9fendre mes droits et aider les autres \u00e0 comprendre les leurs.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

La particularit\u00e9 de ce programme r\u00e9side dans le fait qu'il <\/span>la durabilit\u00e9 d\u00e8s la conception<\/b>. Les pairs \u00e9ducateurs form\u00e9s aujourd'hui continueront \u00e0 former d'autres personnes, cr\u00e9ant ainsi un r\u00e9seau de pairs \u00e9ducateurs. <\/span>\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me d'apprentissage dirig\u00e9 par la communaut\u00e9<\/b> qui ne s'arr\u00eate pas au d\u00e9part des animateurs. Les connaissances restent. La confiance grandit. Le leadership se multiplie.<\/span><\/p>\n
