L'\u00e9v\u00e9nement a permis de d\u00e9voiler deux initiatives majeures : le programme de la phase II de la Fondation FAWE\/Mastercard et le Plan strat\u00e9gique 2024-2028 du FAWEZI.<\/p>\n<p>Cette r\u00e9union de haut niveau a rassembl\u00e9 des d\u00e9cideurs nationaux, des responsables universitaires, des repr\u00e9sentants de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile, des partenaires de d\u00e9veloppement et des d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9s de neuf autres sections du FAWE \u00e0 travers l'Afrique. Au c\u0153ur de l'\u00e9v\u00e9nement se trouvait le lancement officiel de la phase II du programme de sept ans, intitul\u00e9 <em>Les parcours de la deuxi\u00e8me chance pour un meilleur acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l'enseignement sup\u00e9rieur des jeunes femmes et hommes marginalis\u00e9s<\/em>. Le programme cible plus de 10 000 jeunes dans 10 pays, dont le Zimbabwe, et donne la priorit\u00e9 aux jeunes issus de milieux d\u00e9favoris\u00e9s - r\u00e9gions touch\u00e9es par des conflits, communaut\u00e9s affect\u00e9es par le climat, r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s et personnes handicap\u00e9es. L'initiative introduit des parcours d'apprentissage inclusifs tels que le certificat d'acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l'enseignement sup\u00e9rieur et le programme d'acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l'enseignement sup\u00e9rieur, dans le but d'accro\u00eetre la participation \u00e0 l'enseignement sup\u00e9rieur.<\/p>\n<p>Le FAWEZI a \u00e9galement lanc\u00e9 son nouveau plan strat\u00e9gique, qui d\u00e9crit les efforts d\u00e9ploy\u00e9s pour \u00e9liminer les disparit\u00e9s entre les sexes, promouvoir les STEM et STEAM, \u00e9largir l'acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l'enseignement technique et professionnel et renforcer les partenariats institutionnels.<\/p>\n<p>Des orateurs de renom, dont l'ambassadeur Fredrick Shava et le docteur Torerayi Moyo, ont prononc\u00e9 des discours d'ouverture aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s de dirigeants r\u00e9gionaux et nationaux du secteur de l'\u00e9ducation.
