Richard Chelagat, Directeur des finances et de l'administration du FAWE Afrique, et a marqu\u00e9 un moment important dans le renforcement du partenariat de longue date entre le FAWE et la Fondation Gates. Leur soutien continue de jouer un r\u00f4le essentiel dans le travail du FAWE en mati\u00e8re de recherche, de production de preuves et d'apprentissage fondamental.<\/p>\n<p>Au cours de la session, le FAWE a partag\u00e9 les le\u00e7ons importantes tir\u00e9es de ses programmes phares, y compris son travail de pionnier sur la p\u00e9dagogie sensible au genre. Ces interventions, fond\u00e9es sur des mod\u00e8les d\u00e9monstratifs, ont influenc\u00e9 les politiques \u00e9ducatives et contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer les r\u00e9sultats des \u00e9l\u00e8ves, la confiance en soi et le leadership des filles dans plusieurs pays africains.<\/p>\n<p>La Fondation Gates, \u00e0 son tour, a partag\u00e9 des informations sur sa nouvelle Strat\u00e9gie mondiale de l'\u00e9ducation, qui met l'accent sur l'innovation, l'apprentissage fondamental et le pouvoir des partenariats strat\u00e9giques.
