C'est exactement ce qui s'est pass\u00e9 le 20 mai 2025, lorsque le FAWE \u00c9thiopie a organis\u00e9 un atelier consultatif novateur ax\u00e9 sur une v\u00e9rit\u00e9 essentielle : les jeunes - en particulier les plus vuln\u00e9rables d'entre eux - doivent \u00eatre engag\u00e9s de mani\u00e8re significative dans les d\u00e9cisions concernant leur propre corps, leur avenir et leurs droits.<\/p>\n<p>La salle n'\u00e9tait pas seulement remplie de d\u00e9cideurs politiques. Elle \u00e9tait pleine de potentiel. Un m\u00e9lange dynamique de 35 participants, y compris des repr\u00e9sentants des secteurs du gouvernement f\u00e9d\u00e9ral et r\u00e9gional, des bureaux de sant\u00e9 au minist\u00e8re des finances, de la jeunesse et des sports, de la planification et du d\u00e9veloppement, des organisations de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile et, surtout, des jeunes eux-m\u00eames, s'est r\u00e9uni non pas pour parler des jeunes, mais pour parler avec eux.<\/p>\n<p>La session s'est appuy\u00e9e sur deux \u00e9l\u00e9ments cl\u00e9s : la directive nationale sur l'engagement des adolescents et des jeunes et les id\u00e9es concr\u00e8tes du Conseil national de la sant\u00e9 des adolescents et des jeunes (AYH). Mais au-del\u00e0 des pr\u00e9sentations, ce qui s'est pass\u00e9, c'est un appel \u00e0 r\u00e9imaginer la participation - non pas comme un symbole, mais comme une structure. Non pas passive, mais puissante.<\/p>\n<p>Ce qui en est ressorti est clair :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Les jeunes doivent \u00eatre dot\u00e9s d'informations et de comp\u00e9tences.<\/li>\n<li>Les organes gouvernementaux doivent \u00eatre mis au d\u00e9fi d'ouvrir leurs processus, d'\u00e9couter activement et de rendre des comptes.<\/li>\n<li>La collaboration doit \u00eatre intersectorielle, notamment entre les minist\u00e8res de la sant\u00e9, de l'\u00e9ducation, de la jeunesse et de l'\u00e9galit\u00e9 des sexes.<\/li>\n<li>La confiance doit \u00eatre instaur\u00e9e, non pas par des gages d'inclusion, mais par un v\u00e9ritable partage du pouvoir.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Les voix qui se sont \u00e9lev\u00e9es dans la salle ne se sont pas content\u00e9es de faire \u00e9cho \u00e0 la th\u00e9orie. Elles ont apport\u00e9 une exp\u00e9rience v\u00e9cue, un sentiment d'urgence et une volont\u00e9 d'agir. \u00c0 la fin de l'atelier, les participants ont pris un engagement discret mais puissant : \u201cNous ferons avancer les choses. Nous d\u00e9fendrons cette cause. Nous ferons de la place.\u201d<br \/>\nLe message du FAWE \u00c9thiopie \u00e9tait simple, mais audacieux :<br \/>\nLes jeunes ne sont pas l'avenir, ils sont le pr\u00e9sent. Et si nous voulons vraiment aborder la question de la sant\u00e9 sexuelle et g\u00e9n\u00e9sique avec justice et dignit\u00e9, nous devons commencer par les \u00e9couter.
