Parfois, elle commence dans une salle de conf\u00e9rence d'un h\u00f4tel - avec un cercle d'\u00e9ducateurs engag\u00e9s, des cahiers ouverts et une question simple mais radicale : \u201cEt si chaque \u00e9l\u00e8ve se sentait vu, entendu et responsabilis\u00e9 ? \u201dEt si chaque \u00e9l\u00e8ve se sentait vu, entendu et responsabilis\u00e9 ?\"<br \/>\nDu 11 au 17 mai 2025, le FAWEZA (Forum for African Women Educationalists Zambia Chapter) a rassembl\u00e9 des \u00e9ducateurs des dix provinces du pays \u00e0 l'h\u00f4tel Andrews pour une formation des formateurs de cinq jours sur la p\u00e9dagogie sensible au genre.<\/p>\n<p>Avec le soutien de la Fondation Mastercard par le biais du programme Second Chance Pathway, le FAWEZA le dit clairement : l'\u00e9quit\u00e9 entre les sexes dans l'\u00e9ducation ne peut \u00eatre atteinte sans transformer la mani\u00e8re m\u00eame dont nous enseignons. Et cette transformation commence par les \u00e9ducateurs eux-m\u00eames.<\/p>\n<p>Dans son discours d'ouverture, Bernadette Mufalo, tr\u00e9sori\u00e8re nationale du FAWEZA, a saisi l'esprit de la semaine : \u201cC'est plus qu'une formation. C'est un mouvement.\u201d Un mouvement qui red\u00e9finit ce que signifie se tenir devant une salle de classe. Un mouvement qui reconna\u00eet la responsabilit\u00e9 profonde des enseignants, non seulement pour transmettre un contenu, mais aussi pour renforcer la confiance, d\u00e9manteler les pr\u00e9jug\u00e9s et cr\u00e9er un espace o\u00f9 tous les apprenants peuvent s'\u00e9panouir.<\/p>\n<p>La formation a rassembl\u00e9 le personnel des points focaux des institutions d'EFTP, les membres de l'\u00e9quipe du FAWEZA et les partenaires qui partagent tous une mission commune : construire un avenir o\u00f9 le genre ne dicte plus les opportunit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Les sessions ont \u00e9t\u00e9 profond\u00e9ment pratiques, explorant comment la dynamique de la classe, le mat\u00e9riel p\u00e9dagogique, les cultures institutionnelles et m\u00eame le langage des enseignants peuvent soit renforcer soit rejeter l'in\u00e9galit\u00e9. Les participants se sont mis au d\u00e9fi les uns les autres, ont partag\u00e9 des histoires v\u00e9cues sur le terrain et, surtout, ont cocr\u00e9\u00e9 des solutions qui ont du sens dans le contexte zambien.<\/p>\n<p>Mais l'enseignement le plus important est sans doute le suivant : le changement commence par un enseignant, une classe, un \u00e9l\u00e8ve \u00e0 la fois. Ces \u00e9ducateurs retournent dans leur province non seulement avec de nouvelles connaissances, mais aussi avec un sens renouvel\u00e9 de l'objectif - et la capacit\u00e9 de former d'autres personnes, multipliant ainsi l'impact \u00e0 travers le pays.<\/p>\n<p>Alors que la Zambie continue de combler les lacunes en mati\u00e8re d'\u00e9ducation et d'emploi pour les jeunes marginalis\u00e9s, en particulier les jeunes femmes, le PRG n'est pas un luxe, c'est une n\u00e9cessit\u00e9.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sometimes, transformation doesn\u2019t start with a policy paper or a new curriculum.
