{"id":65242,"date":"2025-06-26T10:18:36","date_gmt":"2025-06-26T07:18:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fawe.org\/?p=65242"},"modified":"2025-06-26T10:18:36","modified_gmt":"2025-06-26T07:18:36","slug":"from-dialogue-to-action-building-inclusive-futures-in-ndola-under-phase-ii","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fawe.org\/fr\/from-dialogue-to-action-building-inclusive-futures-in-ndola-under-phase-ii\/","title":{"rendered":"Du dialogue \u00e0 l'action : Construire des avenirs inclusifs \u00e0 Ndola dans le cadre de la phase II"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Dans le cadre de la phase II du projet de la Fondation Mastercard, l'\u00e9quipe du FAWEZA a pass\u00e9 une journ\u00e9e intense \u00e0 s'engager avec les principaux partenaires et parties prenantes afin d'approfondir notre mission commune : rendre l'enseignement et la formation techniques et professionnels (EFTP) v\u00e9ritablement inclusifs pour tous les apprenants - en particulier les filles, les jeunes handicap\u00e9s et les groupes marginalis\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>La journ\u00e9e a commenc\u00e9 par des conversations s\u00e9rieuses. Aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s du minist\u00e8re de l'\u00e9ducation, de l'Association zambienne pour les personnes handicap\u00e9es (ZAPD) et des comit\u00e9s de s\u00e9lection locaux, nous avons examin\u00e9 le processus de recrutement des boursiers de l'EFTP - non pas pour cocher des cases, mais pour poser les questions difficiles : Atteignons-nous les bons \u00e9tudiants ? Nos syst\u00e8mes sont-ils suffisamment \u00e9quitables, accessibles et inclusifs ?<\/p>\n<p>Vint ensuite le c\u0153ur de la visite : le Northern Technical College (NORTEC). L\u00e0, parmi les \u00e9tudiants, le personnel, les mentors et les personnes de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence, nous ne nous sommes pas content\u00e9s d'observer. Nous avons \u00e9cout\u00e9. Nous avons \u00e9cout\u00e9 les jeunes femmes qui suivent des cours de STIM, les mentors qui offrent des conseils dans les salles de classe et en dehors, et les administrateurs qui s'efforcent de rendre l'apprentissage plus s\u00fbr et plus encourageant.<br \/>\nCe qui ressort, ce n'est pas seulement ce qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9, mais la volont\u00e9 d'aller plus loin.<\/p>\n<p>M. Sefulo Nyambe, le responsable provincial de l'\u00e9ducation (PEO), a fait plus qu'applaudir le travail du FAWEZA ; il a offert un espace de bureau pour soutenir les op\u00e9rations sur le terrain dans la r\u00e9gion, ancrant ainsi notre travail dans la pr\u00e9sence et la confiance locales.<\/p>\n<p>M. Martin Kasonso, directeur de NORTEC, a reconnu les probl\u00e8mes li\u00e9s \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et \u00e0 l'accessibilit\u00e9 financi\u00e8re des auberges de jeunesse priv\u00e9es et s'est engag\u00e9 \u00e0 trouver de vraies solutions, car l'apprentissage ne devrait jamais se faire au d\u00e9triment de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 personnelle.<\/p>\n<p>Les membres du comit\u00e9 de s\u00e9lection ont fait entendre des voix critiques, notamment en ce qui concerne les difficult\u00e9s d'identification des jeunes handicap\u00e9s et r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s \u00e9ligibles - un appel clair \u00e0 une sensibilisation plus approfondie et plus localis\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Il ne s'agit pas de petits gestes.
