{"id":65231,"date":"2025-06-26T10:04:25","date_gmt":"2025-06-26T07:04:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fawe.org\/?p=65231"},"modified":"2025-06-26T10:04:25","modified_gmt":"2025-06-26T07:04:25","slug":"from-vision-to-blueprint-fawe-joins-continental-dialogue-to-shape-the-future-of-education-in-africa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fawe.org\/fr\/from-vision-to-blueprint-fawe-joins-continental-dialogue-to-shape-the-future-of-education-in-africa\/","title":{"rendered":"De la vision au plan d'action : Le FAWE participe au dialogue continental pour fa\u00e7onner l'avenir de l'\u00e9ducation en Afrique"},"content":{"rendered":"<p dir=\"ltr\">Dans une salle remplie d'architectes politiques, de d\u00e9fenseurs de l'\u00e9ducation et de r\u00eaveurs d'une Afrique meilleure, les dirigeants du FAWE se sont avanc\u00e9s, non seulement pour participer, mais aussi pour fa\u00e7onner l'histoire.<br \/>\nDu 20 au 25 mai, la Directrice ex\u00e9cutive du FAWE, Dr. Martha Muhwezi, la Responsable principale du plaidoyer et des partenariats Catherine Asego et l'Assistante du plaidoyer et des partenariats Karen Ondwasi ont rejoint d'autres acteurs cl\u00e9s pour la premi\u00e8re r\u00e9union de consultation technique sur la Strat\u00e9gie continentale de l'\u00e9ducation pour l'Afrique 2026-2035 (CESA 26-35).<\/p>\n<p>Il ne s'agissait pas d'une simple r\u00e9union. C'\u00e9tait le d\u00e9but d'un engagement \u00e0 l'\u00e9chelle du continent, un plan d'action destin\u00e9 \u00e0 r\u00e9imaginer l'\u00e9ducation pour la prochaine g\u00e9n\u00e9ration d'apprenants africains.<br \/>\nOrganis\u00e9e par le d\u00e9partement de l'\u00e9ducation, de la science et de la technologie de l'Union africaine, la consultation a rassembl\u00e9 une puissante coalition : chefs de gouvernement, partenaires du d\u00e9veloppement, repr\u00e9sentants de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile et experts techniques. Qu'est-ce qui les a tous unis ? La conviction commune que le prochain chapitre de l'histoire de l'Afrique doit \u00eatre \u00e9crit avec l'\u00e9quit\u00e9, l'inclusion et l'excellence dans l'\u00e9ducation au c\u0153ur de ses pr\u00e9occupations.<\/p>\n<p>Pendant deux jours dynamiques, les participants ont retrouss\u00e9 leurs manches pour :<\/p>\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\n<li>R\u00e9fl\u00e9chir aux le\u00e7ons et aux lacunes de l'AECS 16-25,<\/li>\n<li>Aligner la nouvelle strat\u00e9gie sur l'Agenda 2063 et l'ODD 4,<\/li>\n<li>Donner la priorit\u00e9 \u00e0 des domaines tels que la formation des enseignants, l'apprentissage num\u00e9rique et les syst\u00e8mes \u00e9ducatifs r\u00e9silients,<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e9finir des voies de financement et des cadres de suivi solides pour responsabiliser les syst\u00e8mes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">\nPendant tout ce temps, le FAWE \u00e9tait pr\u00e9sent - s'assurant que les voix des filles, des jeunes femmes et des apprenants marginalis\u00e9s n'\u00e9taient pas seulement mentionn\u00e9es, mais qu'elles \u00e9taient au centre de l'attention. En effet, des d\u00e9cennies de travail \u00e0 travers l'Afrique nous ont appris que lorsque les politiques \u00e9ducatives ignorent le genre, l'in\u00e9galit\u00e9 s'accro\u00eet. Mais lorsque le genre est int\u00e9gr\u00e9 dans le tissu de la strat\u00e9gie, la transformation s'ensuit.<br \/>\nC'est la raison d'\u00eatre du FAWE - ne pas se contenter de r\u00e9agir \u00e0 la politique, mais participer \u00e0 sa conception. Nous sommes fiers de marcher aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s de nos partenaires continentaux pour co-cr\u00e9er un avenir o\u00f9 chaque enfant africain, quel que soit son sexe ou sa situation g\u00e9ographique, aura acc\u00e8s \u00e0 une \u00e9ducation de qualit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Le CESA 26-35 est encore en cours de d\u00e9veloppement, mais les fondations ont \u00e9t\u00e9 pos\u00e9es.
