L'atelier avait pour but d'\u00e9valuer les progr\u00e8s, de documenter les r\u00e9sultats et de r\u00e9viser les approches qui ont fonctionn\u00e9 avec la th\u00e9orie du changement du FAWE. \u00c9valuation des r\u00e9sultats de 2024 Les participants ont examin\u00e9 les r\u00e9alisations du programme, les ont reli\u00e9es aux activit\u00e9s et ont mesur\u00e9 les progr\u00e8s r\u00e9alis\u00e9s par rapport aux objectifs strat\u00e9giques. En outre, des plans de travail en mati\u00e8re de communication ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9labor\u00e9s, les comp\u00e9tences en mati\u00e8re de documentation ont \u00e9t\u00e9 renforc\u00e9es et les budgets ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9align\u00e9s dans le nouveau cadre du MOFA.<\/p>\n<p>L'atelier s'est conclu par les efforts d\u00e9ploy\u00e9s par les \u00e9quipes pour r\u00e9diger le rapport annuel pr\u00e9sentant les principaux r\u00e9sultats et l'impact, soutenant l'engagement du FAWE en faveur d'une programmation fond\u00e9e sur des donn\u00e9es probantes et d'un changement durable.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Break Free ! \u00e0 Addis-Abeba<\/strong><br \/>\nLe FAWE est l'un des principaux partenaires de l'Alliance Break Free ! Alliance (BFA), qui s'attaque aux obstacles \u00e0 l'\u00e9ducation et \u00e0 la sant\u00e9 et aux droits sexuels et reproductifs (SRHR) des filles \u00e0 travers l'Afrique. Par le biais du plaidoyer et de la collaboration, la BFA permet aux filles de s'affranchir de la pauvret\u00e9, du mariage des enfants et de la violence bas\u00e9e sur le genre. Le FAWE travaille donc sans rel\u00e2che pour s'assurer que chaque fille puisse apprendre, diriger et s'\u00e9panouir.<\/p>\n<p>En f\u00e9vrier 2025, l'\u00e9quipe nationale de BFA en \u00c9thiopie s'est r\u00e9unie \u00e0 Addis-Abeba pour faire le point sur les progr\u00e8s accomplis, les strat\u00e9gies de gestion des risques affect\u00e9es et les nouvelles mesures prises en faveur de la durabilit\u00e9. Le FAWE est convaincu que chaque fille devrait pouvoir apprendre, diriger et s'\u00e9panouir.<\/p>\n<p>Le BFA fournit \u00e9galement une plateforme permettant au FAWE de collaborer avec d'autres organisations, de partager les meilleures pratiques et de tirer parti de l'expertise collective pour susciter un changement syst\u00e9mique. Cette collaboration est cruciale pour atteindre les Objectifs de d\u00e9veloppement durable (ODD), en particulier l'ODD 4 (\u00e9ducation de qualit\u00e9) et l'ODD 5 (\u00e9galit\u00e9 des sexes).<\/p>\n<p>En renfor\u00e7ant les partenariats et en affinant les strat\u00e9gies, le FAWE et la BFA continuent d'impulser un changement syst\u00e9mique en faveur d'une \u00e9ducation \u00e9quitable pour les femmes en Afrique.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Break Free ! au Burkina Faso<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le FAWE Burkina a rencontr\u00e9 le Chef de Cabinet du Minist\u00e8re en charge de la Jeunesse le 5 mars 2025, afin de discuter de la p\u00e9rennisation du programme Break Free ! tout en renfor\u00e7ant la mobilisation des ressources pour les initiatives de la jeunesse. Cette rencontre s'inscrit dans le prolongement de la r\u00e9union nationale sur le plaidoyer en faveur de la jeunesse qui s'est tenue le 24 octobre 2024.<\/p>\n<p>La r\u00e9union avait pour but de mettre la derni\u00e8re main \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation d'un comit\u00e9 national de soutien, destin\u00e9 \u00e0 aider \u00e0 financer et \u00e0 soutenir un programme, et \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer les partenariats avec les agences gouvernementales, les parties prenantes priv\u00e9es et les donateurs. Le programme Break Free ! vise \u00e0 \u00e9duquer les jeunes, et plus particuli\u00e8rement les filles, sur les droits en mati\u00e8re de sant\u00e9 sexuelle et reproductive (SSR), les opportunit\u00e9s \u00e9conomiques et l'\u00e9ducation.<\/p>\n<p>Le FAWE Burkina a remerci\u00e9 le minist\u00e8re pour son soutien, soulignant que le partenariat est essentiel \u00e0 l'autonomisation des jeunes. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cette r\u00e9union, le partenariat a franchi une \u00e9tape importante pour assurer un impact durable sur le d\u00e9veloppement des jeunes au Burkina Faso.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Un engagement r\u00e9gional<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Du 3 au 6 mars, les principaux partenaires du programme Break Free Africa - dont SRHR Africa Trust (SAT), Plan International et Rozaria Memorial Trust - se r\u00e9unissent au Park Inn by Radisson, \u00e0 Nairobi, pour une r\u00e9union cruciale de r\u00e9colte des r\u00e9sultats. Cette r\u00e9union est l'occasion d'examiner les progr\u00e8s r\u00e9alis\u00e9s en mati\u00e8re de lobbying et de plaidoyer et d'affiner les strat\u00e9gies visant \u00e0 renforcer l'autonomisation des jeunes, l'\u00e9galit\u00e9 des sexes et les droits en mati\u00e8re de sant\u00e9 sexuelle et reproductive (SRHR) dans toute l'Afrique.<\/p>\n<p><strong>R\u00e9flexion sur les r\u00e9alisations en mati\u00e8re de lobbying et de plaidoyer<\/strong><br \/>\nDepuis la cr\u00e9ation du programme Break Free, les efforts de plaidoyer ont permis d'influencer les politiques et de favoriser les changements men\u00e9s par les jeunes. Au cours de la r\u00e9union, les partenaires :<br \/>\n\u2705 Faire le point sur les \u00e9tapes franchies en mati\u00e8re de lobbying en faveur de la SDSR et des politiques tenant compte de la dimension de genre.<br \/>\n\u2705 Examiner les meilleures pratiques et les difficult\u00e9s rencontr\u00e9es dans les campagnes de sensibilisation.<br \/>\n\u2705 \u00c9valuer les changements politiques et les r\u00e9sultats de l'engagement des parties prenantes dans les r\u00e9gions cibl\u00e9es.<br \/>\nUne strat\u00e9gie pour un impact futur<\/p>\n<p>Au fur et \u00e0 mesure de l'avancement du programme, les discussions porteront sur les points suivants :<br \/>\n\ud83d\udccc Renforcer les strat\u00e9gies de plaidoyer pour faire \u00e9voluer les politiques aux niveaux national et r\u00e9gional.<br \/>\n\ud83d\udccc Renforcer les partenariats et la collaboration entre la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile, les gouvernements et les organisations dirig\u00e9es par des jeunes.<br \/>\n\ud83d\udccc Aligner les objectifs du programme sur les priorit\u00e9s \u00e9mergentes en mati\u00e8re de SDSR et de plaidoyer en faveur de l'\u00e9galit\u00e9 entre les hommes et les femmes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Un engagement pour un changement durable<\/strong><br \/>\nLa r\u00e9union de r\u00e9colte des r\u00e9sultats de Break Free Africa ne consiste pas seulement \u00e0 r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir sur les efforts pass\u00e9s, mais aussi \u00e0 affiner les approches pour assurer un plaidoyer durable.
