Cette initiative historique, qui sera mise en \u0153uvre en \u00c9thiopie, au Kenya et en Ouganda, vise \u00e0 transformer le paysage \u00e9ducatif pour les personnes d\u00e9plac\u00e9es \u00e0 l'int\u00e9rieur de leur pays (IDP) et les enfants r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s en promouvant une \u00e9ducation sensible au genre et en encourageant l'inclusion sociale.<\/p>\n<p>Le projet Tuseme repose sur des mod\u00e8les \u00e9ducatifs novateurs, notamment l'approche Tuseme (\u201cLet's Speak Out\u201d), la p\u00e9dagogie sensible au genre (GRP) et les centres d'excellence (COE). Ces mod\u00e8les sont con\u00e7us pour permettre aux \u00e9l\u00e8ves, en particulier aux filles, d'exprimer leurs pr\u00e9occupations, de d\u00e9velopper des comp\u00e9tences en mati\u00e8re de leadership et de participer activement \u00e0 leur \u00e9ducation. En \u00c9thiopie, le projet se concentrera sur les \u00e9coles accueillant des personnes d\u00e9plac\u00e9es et des r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s, quatre \u00e9coles ordinaires \u00e0 Addis-Abeba, Adama, Hawassa et Bahir Dar servant de sites pilotes.<\/p>\n<p>La r\u00e9union de lancement a marqu\u00e9 une \u00e9tape cruciale dans l'\u00e9volution du projet, puisque les parties prenantes se sont r\u00e9unies pour discuter des strat\u00e9gies, partager leurs points de vue et s'aligner sur les objectifs. Les partenaires de collaboration, notamment le Centre de recherches pour le d\u00e9veloppement international (CRDI), HERS East Africa (HERS-EA) et l'Australian Council for Educational Research (ACER), jouent un r\u00f4le essentiel en veillant \u00e0 ce que des approches fond\u00e9es sur la recherche soient utilis\u00e9es pour adapter et d\u00e9velopper ces mod\u00e8les. Leur expertise permettra d'adapter le projet aux d\u00e9fis uniques auxquels sont confront\u00e9s les enfants d\u00e9plac\u00e9s et r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s, et de s'assurer qu'aucun enfant n'est laiss\u00e9 pour compte.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Le projet Tuseme vise \u00e0 combler trois lacunes importantes dans le domaine de l'\u00e9ducation :<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>\u00c9quit\u00e9 entre les sexes<\/strong>: En promouvant des pratiques respectueuses de l'\u00e9galit\u00e9 des sexes, le projet garantit que les filles et les gar\u00e7ons ont un acc\u00e8s \u00e9gal \u00e0 une \u00e9ducation de qualit\u00e9 et aux m\u00eames opportunit\u00e9s.<br \/>\n<strong>Inclusion sociale<\/strong>: L'initiative favorise un environnement inclusif o\u00f9 tous les \u00e9l\u00e8ves, quelle que soit leur origine, se sentent valoris\u00e9s et soutenus.<br \/>\n<strong>Une \u00e9ducation de qualit\u00e9<\/strong>: Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des m\u00e9thodes d'enseignement innovantes et au d\u00e9veloppement du leadership, le projet vise \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer la qualit\u00e9 globale de l'\u00e9ducation pour les enfants vuln\u00e9rables.<\/p>\n<p>Le FAWE \u00c9thiopie, l'un des principaux d\u00e9fenseurs de l'\u00e9ducation des filles, reste fid\u00e8le \u00e0 sa mission qui consiste \u00e0 donner aux \u00e9tudiants les moyens de s'exprimer, de prendre confiance en eux et d'apporter des changements durables au sein de leurs communaut\u00e9s. Le projet Tuseme t\u00e9moigne de cet engagement, en offrant une plateforme aux \u00e9tudiants pour qu'ils amplifient leur voix et prennent leur avenir en main.<\/p>\n<p>Alors que le projet avance, le FAWE Ethiopie et ses partenaires sont optimistes quant \u00e0 l'impact transformateur qu'il aura sur la vie des \u00e9l\u00e8ves et de leurs communaut\u00e9s.
