Costern Kanchele, sur l'annonce des 200 laur\u00e9ats de la bourse TEVET dans le cadre du programme de la Fondation Mastercard"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Communiqu\u00e9 de presse<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Lusaka, Zambie - Janvier 2025 : Le Forum des \u00e9ducatrices africaines de Zambie (FAWEZA) a le plaisir d'annoncer les 200 candidats retenus pour les bourses compl\u00e8tes d'enseignement technique, de formation professionnelle et de formation \u00e0 l'entrepreneuriat (TEVET) dans le cadre du programme de bourses de la Fondation Mastercard pour l'ann\u00e9e acad\u00e9mique 2024\/2025, \u00e0 l'issue d'un processus de s\u00e9lection tr\u00e8s comp\u00e9titif. Ce programme vise \u00e0 promouvoir un acc\u00e8s \u00e9quitable \u00e0 une \u00e9ducation de qualit\u00e9, en particulier pour les jeunes femmes vuln\u00e9rables, les hommes, les personnes handicap\u00e9es et les r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s en Zambie.<\/p>\n<p>Parmi les b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires, 160 sont des jeunes femmes et 40 des jeunes hommes, qui suivront tous des cours de STIM (science, technologie, ing\u00e9nierie et math\u00e9matiques) dans divers \u00e9tablissements d'enseignement sup\u00e9rieur s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s \u00e0 travers le pays.<\/p>\n<p>En tant qu'organisation, le programme s'attaque non seulement aux obstacles financiers \u00e0 l'\u00e9ducation, mais aussi aux st\u00e9r\u00e9otypes de genre dans les domaines des STIM. En soutenant les 160 jeunes femmes et 40 jeunes hommes vuln\u00e9rables, nous ouvrons la voie \u00e0 une main-d'\u0153uvre diversifi\u00e9e et inclusive, \u00e9quip\u00e9e pour conduire le programme de d\u00e9veloppement de la Zambie.<\/p>\n<p>Le programme de bourses de la Fondation Mastercard est une \u00e9tape essentielle vers l'autonomisation de la jeunesse zambienne en offrant des opportunit\u00e9s \u00e0 ceux qui n'auraient pas les moyens d'acc\u00e9der \u00e0 l'enseignement technique. En se concentrant sur les disciplines STEM, cette initiative vise \u00e0 encourager l'innovation, la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 et l'esprit d'entreprise chez les jeunes, contribuant ainsi \u00e0 la r\u00e9alisation des objectifs nationaux et mondiaux de d\u00e9veloppement durable.<\/p>\n<p>Le FAWEZA soutiendra pleinement ces \u00e9tudiants tout au long de leur parcours acad\u00e9mique, en veillant \u00e0 ce qu'ils b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient du mentorat et des ressources n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 leur r\u00e9ussite.
