Apr\u00e8s avoir re\u00e7u mes r\u00e9sultats, mes espoirs d'acc\u00e9der \u00e0 l'enseignement sup\u00e9rieur ont \u00e9t\u00e9 an\u00e9antis parce que je n'ai pas r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 obtenir les points n\u00e9cessaires pour \u00eatre admis au m\u00e9rite par le gouvernement, Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l'appui du FAWE Ouganda, mon r\u00eave universitaire s'est r\u00e9alis\u00e9. J'ai r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 r\u00e9nover notre vieille maison, \u00e0 construire une maison commerciale \u00e0 une porte avec l'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9, \u00e0 lancer un projet de service d'argent mobile \u00e0 la maison pour augmenter nos \u00e9conomies, \u00e0 payer les frais de scolarit\u00e9 de mon jeune fr\u00e8re \u00e0 l'Universit\u00e9 de Kyambogo et les frais de scolarit\u00e9 d'une jeune fille de mon village qui est maintenant en septi\u00e8me ann\u00e9e de primaire.<\/p>\n<table width=\"864\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"162\">\n<table width=\"864\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"162\">Le FAWE Ouganda, avec l'appui de la fondation Mastercard, met en \u0153uvre le Programme d'acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l'enseignement sup\u00e9rieur (HEAP). Ce programme vise \u00e0 permettre \u00e0 300 \u00e9tudiants (70% femmes et 30% hommes), dou\u00e9s sur le plan acad\u00e9mique mais d\u00e9favoris\u00e9s sur le plan \u00e9conomique, issus de 13 districts d\u00e9favoris\u00e9s s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s dans les districts de Bukwo, Mayuge, Buyende, Katakwii, Amudat, Kaabong, Pader, Amuru, Adjumani, Kanungu, Bundibugyo, Ntoroko et Bullisa, d'acc\u00e9der \u00e0 l'enseignement sup\u00e9rieur et de le mener \u00e0 son terme.<\/p>\n<p>Le programme est mis en \u0153uvre en partenariat avec cinq \u00e9tablissements d'enseignement : l'universit\u00e9 des sciences et technologies de Mbarara, les universit\u00e9s de Gulu et de Busitema, l'\u00e9cole de formation en laboratoire m\u00e9dical de Jinja et l'\u00e9cole d'infirmi\u00e8res et de sages-femmes de Jinja.<\/p>\n<p>Les b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires du programme suivent un programme d'orientation approfondi qui les pr\u00e9pare \u00e0 assumer des r\u00f4les de direction \u00e0 l'universit\u00e9. Ils sont dot\u00e9s de comp\u00e9tences financi\u00e8res et d'un soutien psychosocial qui leur permet de bien s'int\u00e9grer dans les \u00e9tablissements d'enseignement.
