Cela m'a permis d'int\u00e9grer le Microteach Institute of Business and Technology, o\u00f9 j'ai appris les techniques d'achat et d'approvisionnement. J'ai obtenu un certificat et un dipl\u00f4me. Plus tard, apr\u00e8s avoir entendu parler du projet \"Sustained business start-ups through enhanced female youth employable skills\" du FAWE et du Norad, je me suis inscrite afin d'acqu\u00e9rir des comp\u00e9tences en mati\u00e8re de culture d'algues. On nous a enseign\u00e9 la culture et la transformation des algues, la natation et les comp\u00e9tences entrepreneuriales sur la mani\u00e8re de traiter avec les clients et de concevoir des plans d'affaires. En outre, j'ai \u00e9galement acquis des comp\u00e9tences informatiques de base telles que l'utilisation de Microsoft Word et d'Excel.<\/p>\n<p>Avec mon \u00e9quipe, le groupe Paje Kikundi Cha Furahia Wanawake nous a appris \u00e0 fabriquer diff\u00e9rents produits \u00e0 base d'algues, tels que des gommages, des gel\u00e9es, du savon et du shampoing, et \u00e0 les emballer. Ces comp\u00e9tences nous ont permis de r\u00e9aliser de bonnes ventes de produits \u00e0 base d'algues.<\/p>\n<p>Je peux dire avec plaisir que je suis fier d'\u00eatre un b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaire de ce projet.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I got a pass when I completed my ordinary level education from Zanzibar Commercial Secondary school.
