Il s'agit d'une journ\u00e9e consacr\u00e9e \u00e0 l'importance strat\u00e9gique de doter les jeunes de comp\u00e9tences pour l'emploi, le travail d\u00e9cent et l'esprit d'entreprise. Elle offre une occasion unique de dialogue entre les jeunes, les \u00e9tablissements d'enseignement et de formation techniques et professionnels (EFTP), les entreprises, les organisations d'employeurs et de travailleurs, les d\u00e9cideurs politiques et les partenaires du d\u00e9veloppement.<\/p>\n<p>Il est tr\u00e8s important de souligner l'importance croissante des comp\u00e9tences \u00e0 l'heure o\u00f9 le monde s'engage dans une transition vers un mod\u00e8le de d\u00e9veloppement durable. Le FAWE met actuellement en \u0153uvre divers programmes ciblant les jeunes, tels que le programme Make Way (plaidoyer en faveur des droits des jeunes en mati\u00e8re de sant\u00e9 sexuelle et reproductive), le Fonds Malala (soutien au programme de plaidoyer r\u00e9gional) et la Fondation Mastercard (activit\u00e9s d'entreprenariat pour les universitaires). T<strong>e programme Make Way<\/strong> cible les membres de la communaut\u00e9 par le biais du lobbying et du plaidoyer et m\u00e8ne des dialogues communautaires pour plaider en faveur de l'acceptation par la communaut\u00e9 des services de sant\u00e9 sexuelle et reproductive (SSR) pour tous les jeunes, y compris les plus marginalis\u00e9s. Il cible \u00e9galement les responsables \u00e0 qui l'on demande de soutenir les politiques, les lois et les lignes directrices qui cr\u00e9ent un environnement favorable \u00e0 la sant\u00e9 sexuelle et reproductive pour tous, en particulier pour ceux qui sont marginalis\u00e9s. Dans le cadre de <strong>Fondation Mastercard<\/strong>, Le FAWE Rwanda met en \u0153uvre des formations \u00e0 l'entreprenariat, des petites subventions et un soutien technique \u00e0 45 boursiers et 138 anciens \u00e9tudiants qui mettent en \u0153uvre des projets d'entreprenariat.<\/p>\n<p>Cette ann\u00e9e, pour comm\u00e9morer la Journ\u00e9e mondiale des comp\u00e9tences des jeunes, le FAWE, par l'interm\u00e9diaire de son r\u00e9seau d'experts, a mis en place un programme de formation \u00e0 l'intention des jeunes. <strong>Section du Rwanda<\/strong> a form\u00e9 25 jeunes boursiers et anciens boursiers du programme Mastercard Scholars sur les droits en mati\u00e8re de sant\u00e9 sexuelle et reproductive et les comp\u00e9tences entrepreneuriales. Le fait que les filles contr\u00f4lent leurs droits en mati\u00e8re de sant\u00e9 reproductive se traduit par une am\u00e9lioration de leur vie sociale et \u00e9conomique et elles sont mieux \u00e9quip\u00e9es pour prendre des d\u00e9cisions \u00e9clair\u00e9es. Le FAWE a organis\u00e9 cette formation de deux jours qui a rassembl\u00e9 les principales parties prenantes, notamment les anciens \u00e9l\u00e8ves du FAWE, les repr\u00e9sentants de l'enseignement technique et professionnel (EFTP), les OSC, les partenaires et les leaders de l'industrie, pour parler de la sant\u00e9 et des droits en mati\u00e8re de sexualit\u00e9 et de procr\u00e9ation et de son impact sur l'investissement.<\/p>\n<p>L'\u00e9v\u00e9nement s'est d\u00e9roul\u00e9 au <strong>Centre de carri\u00e8re des femmes du Rwanda<\/strong> \u00e0 Kigali, qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 ouvert en 2021 par le FAWE Rwanda en tant que centre de formation pour les jeunes femmes, en r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 la volont\u00e9 du gouvernement rwandais d'accro\u00eetre l'employabilit\u00e9 de ses citoyens, en particulier des jeunes femmes, par le biais du renforcement des comp\u00e9tences.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This year, on 15th July, the world came together to commemorate World Youth Skills day.
