Bekele Shikur est professeur de math\u00e9matiques dans l'une des \u00e9coles partenaires, l'\u00e9cole Bashewam, \u00e0 Addis-Abeba, en \u00c9thiopie. Il n'est pas devenu enseignant par choix, mais en cours de route, il a appris que l'enseignement est un moyen de fa\u00e7onner moralement les g\u00e9n\u00e9rations et de doter les enfants de connaissances par le biais de l'\u00e9ducation.<\/p>\n<p>La saison 19 de COVID lui a donn\u00e9 l'occasion d'enseigner \u00e0 des \u00e9tudiants par le biais d'une plateforme en ligne cr\u00e9\u00e9e par l'\u00e9cole, ainsi que de donner des cours de soutien aux boursiers de FAWE-Ethiopia et de la Mastercard Foundation dans trois r\u00e9gions, y compris Addis-Abeba.<\/p>\n<p>Il a expliqu\u00e9 que COVID-19 a affect\u00e9 le processus d'enseignement et d'apprentissage de bien des fa\u00e7ons. Pour n'en citer que quelques-unes ;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Comme les \u00e9tudiants restent \u00e0 la maison, ils sont expos\u00e9s au stress, \u00e0 l'anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 et aux probl\u00e8mes psychologiques. Pour am\u00e9liorer leurs performances, ils doivent travailler dur et consacrer plus de temps \u00e0 leurs \u00e9tudes qu'\u00e0 l'enseignement physique.<\/li>\n<li>Cela a cr\u00e9\u00e9 un d\u00e9fi dans l'\u00e9valuation des performances globales des \u00e9tudiants. Auparavant, l'\u00e9valuation \u00e9tait bas\u00e9e uniquement sur les r\u00e9sultats aux examens<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Dans le cadre de l'\u00e9volution du processus d'enseignement et d'apprentissage vers des plateformes en ligne, diff\u00e9rentes activit\u00e9s ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9es gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un partenariat cr\u00e9\u00e9 avec des \u00e9coles partenaires, telles que l'orientation d'enseignants s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s sur la technologie, en particulier sur la mani\u00e8re d'utiliser l'application Google pour la salle de classe.<\/p>\n<p>La deuxi\u00e8me activit\u00e9 consistait \u00e0 mettre en place la salle de classe Google pour les mati\u00e8res s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9es et \u00e0 \u00e9valuer le nombre d'\u00e9tudiants ayant acc\u00e8s \u00e0 des t\u00e9l\u00e9phones intelligents. Il a ensuite \u00e9t\u00e9 demand\u00e9 aux \u00e9l\u00e8ves d'ouvrir des adresses \u00e9lectroniques. La troisi\u00e8me et derni\u00e8re activit\u00e9 consistait \u00e0 inviter les \u00e9tudiants \u00e0 rejoindre la salle de classe Google en utilisant le code de la classe.<\/p>\n<p>Comme l'application n'avait jamais \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9e auparavant, certains universitaires ont eu du mal \u00e0 se familiariser avec le programme d'\u00e9ducation en ligne.  Plus tard, ils ont appris \u00e0 utiliser l'application et en ont retir\u00e9 beaucoup d'avantages. La connectivit\u00e9 Internet est toujours un d\u00e9fi, ce qui rend difficile pour les enseignants d'\u00e9valuer l'attention des apprenants.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTout ce que je peux dire, c'est que j'ai la chance d'enseigner sur les nouvelles plateformes technologiques et de pouvoir enseigner en m\u00eame temps \u00e0 un grand nombre d'\u00e9tudiants qui vivent dans des villes diff\u00e9rentes, ce qui pourrait \u00eatre difficile \u00e0 faire dans le cadre d'un programme d'enseignement en face \u00e0 face\u201d, a ajout\u00e9 M. Bekele.<\/p>\n<p>Les principales pr\u00e9occupations de M.
