Le Commonwealth Scholarship and Fellowship Plan (CSFP) est l'un des programmes de bourses internationaux les plus importants et les plus prestigieux au monde. Depuis sa cr\u00e9ation en 1959, plus de 30 000 personnes ont b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 d'une bourse du Commonwealth, dont 28 500 ont \u00e9t\u00e9 financ\u00e9es par le gouvernement britannique, par l'interm\u00e9diaire de la Commission des bourses du Commonwealth au Royaume-Uni (CSC).<\/p>\n

La CSC attribue chaque ann\u00e9e environ 700 bourses d'\u00e9tudes et de perfectionnement aux citoyens du Commonwealth. Le secr\u00e9tariat de la CSC est assur\u00e9 par l'Association des universit\u00e9s du Commonwealth, bas\u00e9e \u00e0 Londres ; les services \u00e0 l'\u00e9tranger sont assur\u00e9s par le British Council.<\/p>\n
