{"id":20421,"date":"2020-11-19T10:20:26","date_gmt":"2020-11-19T07:20:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fawe.org\/?p=20421"},"modified":"2020-11-19T10:20:26","modified_gmt":"2020-11-19T07:20:26","slug":"fawe-and-au-cieffa-document-teachers-experiences-in-light-of-covid-19","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fawe.org\/fr\/fawe-and-au-cieffa-document-teachers-experiences-in-light-of-covid-19\/","title":{"rendered":"Le FAWE et l'UA\/CIEFFA documentent les exp\u00e9riences des enseignants \u00e0 la lumi\u00e8re de la Covid-19"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A l'occasion de la Journ\u00e9e mondiale des enseignants de cette ann\u00e9e, le FAWE et l'Union africaine\/Centre pour l'\u00e9ducation des filles et des femmes en Afrique (UA\/CIEFFA) ont collabor\u00e9 pour documenter les exp\u00e9riences des enseignants africains pendant le COVID 19. Ceci dans le but de sensibiliser aux mesures n\u00e9cessaires pour prot\u00e9ger les enseignants de l'infection et leur permettre d'adapter leurs m\u00e9thodes d'enseignement au support disponible.<\/p>\n<p>La documentation, sous la forme d'un mini-documentaire de 10 minutes, portait sur la pr\u00e9paration des enseignants du public et du priv\u00e9 \u00e0 l'adoption de l'enseignement num\u00e9rique et des programmes de m\u00e9dias d'accueil, sur le suivi de l'enseignement \u00e0 domicile de leurs \u00e9l\u00e8ves, sur la gestion d'une ann\u00e9e civile perturb\u00e9e, sur l'engagement avec les minist\u00e8res de l'\u00e9ducation, sur l'avenir de leur emploi et sur l'impact global du virus sur leur vie personnelle.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cNous avons vu des enseignants perdre leur emploi, prendre des cong\u00e9s forc\u00e9s et m\u00eame subir des r\u00e9ductions de salaire. La situation est encore pire pour une grande partie des enseignants qui n'ont pas les comp\u00e9tences techniques n\u00e9cessaires pour dispenser un enseignement en ligne. Les enseignants subissent \u00e9galement des pressions \u00e9motionnelles li\u00e9es \u00e0 la perte de revenus et il n'est pas \u00e9vident de savoir comment leurs familles sont prot\u00e9g\u00e9es pendant la p\u00e9riode de la pand\u00e9mie.\u201d<\/em> a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Martha Muhwezi, directrice ex\u00e9cutive du FAWE.<\/p>\n<p>Le documentaire, con\u00e7u conjointement par le FAWE et l'UA\/CIEFFA, comprend de courtes interviews de cinq enseignants africains repr\u00e9sentant chacun les cinq r\u00e9gions de l'Afrique (orientale, occidentale, septentrionale, m\u00e9ridionale et centrale). Les pays cibl\u00e9s dans les r\u00e9gions s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9es \u00e9taient le Liberia, le Kenya, la R\u00e9publique d\u00e9mocratique du Congo, l'\u00c9gypte et le Zimbabwe.<\/p>\n<p>La pand\u00e9mie de Covid-19 a fait payer un lourd tribut aux enseignants. La majorit\u00e9 d'entre eux n'ont pas acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 et \u00e0 la technologie pour faciliter les sessions en ligne, \u00e0 la t\u00e9l\u00e9vision ou \u00e0 la radio pendant la p\u00e9riode de pand\u00e9mie. Ils ont \u00e9galement besoin d'une formation num\u00e9rique et d'informations adapt\u00e9es pour faciliter l'apprentissage en ligne. En outre, lorsque les enseignants ne sont pas r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9s par les conseils et organismes d'\u00e9ducation, ils perdent leurs revenus et leurs moyens de subsistance.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cL'Union africaine a \u00e9labor\u00e9 des lignes directrices sur la mani\u00e8re dont les gouvernements peuvent mener l'enseignement et l'apprentissage sur les plateformes num\u00e9riques. Bien que ces lignes directrices fournissent une approche succincte du transfert de l'enseignement physique vers l'espace num\u00e9rique, la mani\u00e8re dont les gouvernements africains investiront pleinement dans les m\u00e9thodes d'apprentissage sugg\u00e9r\u00e9es reste une \u00e9nigme.
