{"id":20412,"date":"2020-11-19T06:46:51","date_gmt":"2020-11-19T03:46:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fawe.org\/?p=20412"},"modified":"2020-11-19T06:46:51","modified_gmt":"2020-11-19T03:46:51","slug":"fawe-uganda-mastercard-foundation-scholars-creating-awareness-against-teenage-pregnancy-and-child-abuse-in-the-rwenzori-sub-region","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fawe.org\/fr\/fawe-uganda-mastercard-foundation-scholars-creating-awareness-against-teenage-pregnancy-and-child-abuse-in-the-rwenzori-sub-region\/","title":{"rendered":"Les boursiers du FAWE Ouganda et de la Fondation Mastercard sensibilisent \u00e0 la lutte contre les grossesses pr\u00e9coces et la maltraitance des enfants dans la sous-r\u00e9gion de Rwenzori."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Le 11<sup>th<\/sup> octobre 2020, l'Ouganda s'est joint au reste du monde pour comm\u00e9morer la Journ\u00e9e internationale de la petite fille sous le th\u00e8me <strong>\u201cMa voix, notre avenir \u00e9gal\u201d.\u201d\u00a0 <\/strong>La c\u00e9l\u00e9bration de cette ann\u00e9e a eu lieu \u00e0 un moment o\u00f9 le monde \u00e9tait aux prises avec une pand\u00e9mie mondiale - Covid-19.<\/p>\n<p>Si l'impact de la pand\u00e9mie de Covid-19 varie d'un pays \u00e0 l'autre, en Ouganda, elle a aggrav\u00e9 la pauvret\u00e9 et les in\u00e9galit\u00e9s entre les sexes. Le confinement et la fermeture des \u00e9coles ont aggrav\u00e9 la situation des adolescentes, cr\u00e9ant ainsi plus de temps superflu pour les apprenants, les filles pensant \u00e0 tort que les \u00e9coles ne rouvriront pas bient\u00f4t, le manque de soutien parental \u00e0 la maison et l'acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration de la pauvret\u00e9. Les parents sont largement bl\u00e2m\u00e9s pour avoir engag\u00e9 les enfants dans le travail forc\u00e9 o\u00f9 les hommes ont profit\u00e9 d'eux. Malgr\u00e9 l'augmentation des signalements, la plupart des cas d'abus sexuels sur les filles restent silencieux et ne sont pas signal\u00e9s en raison de la peur et des attitudes n\u00e9gatives \u00e0 l'\u00e9gard des fillettes.<\/p>\n<p>Pour rem\u00e9dier \u00e0 cette situation, les boursiers de la Fondation Mastercard du FAWE Ouganda du district de Bundibugyo, en partenariat avec les autorit\u00e9s locales du district, ont organis\u00e9 deux d\u00e9bats radiophoniques afin de sensibiliser la population \u00e0 l'augmentation du nombre de grossesses chez les adolescentes et \u00e0 toutes les formes d'abus sexuels. Lors de ces \u00e9missions, les communaut\u00e9s et les filles ont \u00e9t\u00e9 sensibilis\u00e9es aux m\u00e9canismes de protection. Les filles et les gar\u00e7ons ont \u00e9t\u00e9 invit\u00e9s \u00e0 faire les bons choix de vie et \u00e0 se pr\u00e9parer \u00e0 retourner \u00e0 l'\u00e9cole lorsqu'elle rouvrira.
